My wife was refused service by the notary, would not even see her, made the clerk out front communicate w her instead of telling her face-to-face. Used the excuse of stormy weather despite telling her just before she drove into town that she’d be working until 6:00 that evening. Rude and unprofessional.

On 12/16..around 1:30, the long lines ran outside the UPS store in Oak Island . Probably 9-10 in line. At 2:02 , I finally made it to the front of the line .I noticed Kendrick as the one in charge …handling multiple questions and issues with others . My Amazon return among them ….and of course , issues arose with my return.Yikes ! It took another 15 minutes…give or take …before my Amazon return was completed. Kendrick…hopefully have name correct….managed like master juggler….NOT EXAGGERATING! Because he kept calm, showed respect to others, was efficient!Carlos ….this is what true customer service looks like. Reward Kendrick …he’s a building block ??

A great place to ship quickly and always great service. I had a gal by the name of Amanda yesterday and today (Dec 12th & 13th). She was extremely pleasant, helpful and very kind. She gave good advice yesterday about shipping cookies along with my other items. Thank you Amanda, you made my experiences very nice. It was nice meeting you and keep up the GREAT customer service!

AND so much more!☺️ I wish I could remember the names of the 3 gentlemen that were working the day I visited this location, but the day was November 24, 2023.How refreshing to have a smiling friendly face behind the counter during the holidays. I usually have a great experience at this store but not today. Today, my husband went to pick up my print order. They looked for a "virtual package" and said they didn't have my order even after we gave them the order number. After me calling and explaining that it was a simple print job, it was clear they printed it yesterday and couldn't find it. They looked for it and I could hear a different man in the background say "I printed it and then ya'll put it somewhere but I don't know where you put it." In order to save my husband's sanity, I asked, "can you just print it again and hand it to him?" When I told them there was a 2nd piece to that order Carlos, the manager, finally acknowledged the 2nd piece and then told me it was the exact same as the first one. I questioned how that could be the case because there are two separate charges and they are different amounts...so clearly they are not the same. But then I said, just forget the second piece then and credit me for that portion. He dragged my husband to see what apparently was "my mistake" and then he said "this was your fault" and hung up on me. I became livid by the disrespect I was given during the 25 minute call. I called back, yes I used the F-word due to him hanging up on me (I was livid), and he started yelling at me, on the phone, called me a jerk, and told me to take my business elsewhere and that the owner of the store wouldn't care. During this whole exchange, I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes just trying to get them to print out my order and hand it to my husband. Simple you would think. But Carlos was out of hand and may not be the right person to handle a busy establishment.Update: the response below is innacurate. You did not take my husband into an "office," you just asked him to step behind the counter so he could see your computer screen. And i only spoke to one person...Carlos. So, did Carlos write this response or did the store owner? Because from my understanding they are two different people and the owner was not there when I asked for her. I admitted my being angry but I only cursed once and I admitted that above in my original review. If youre going to come at me, do so with the truth. Despite the answer below, they actually sent me, via UPS, the documents that I had correctly submitted (which are no longer even relevant as they were rine sensitive) for print and a money order for a full refund.

The owner of this absolutely does not belong on a register waiting on customers…first he was irritated because I wasn’t in his system(what does that matter put me in) then he actually had the audacity to say your not from around here..utter and pure stupidity out of someone that owns a business..no customer service skills at all and he is definitely not from around here..if I could give him a 0 rating I would but it made me give a 1..never will I ever go in that business again or the one he also owns in BoliviaThe only bright spot was the short black young man whom works there..he is genuinely a great person..when I asked for someone else to help me due to the rudeness of the guy helping me he said” I’m sorry he’s the owner” unbelievable he has to own a business as no one would actually hire him with the nasty attitude he had towards me..and Ive lived here since 1976 what difference that makes is beyond me.he just has this stupid look on his face the entire time then said I have 2 choices let him wait on me or leave..you should have let someone with some common sense wait on me instead of losing the business so I went to Fed Ex where they where completely nice and helped me with no problems.

Horrible service. Don’t mind that he couldn’t print in color but he handed me a 48 page doc uncollated, missing and wrinkled pages, duplication of pages, etc. A second 32 page doc only printed 22 pages. A third doc only printed 4 of 75. The young man described in other reviews was arrogant, rude and contentious. He was embarrassing to his co-employees who, while relatively new on the job, were courteous. I witnessed his rudeness to a previous patron where the woman working the desk expressed her dismay at his bad attitude. He should be fired. Went to Pelican Pack & Ship. They are professional.

This store is amazing. Kellen is wonderful. He is great with the customers. He makes sure that the customers are taken care of. He goes out of his way to make sure that the customers are happy when they walk out the door.

Do not trust this place to do what they say they will. I was suppose tp have a photo print made for a birthday present. The had four days to do this print and promised it would be done with no problems. They never even tried to print it and offered no explanation when ask. This was the manager of the store I was dealing with. The employee I dealt with was totally lost like it was his first day.
