My son and I went in yesterday to get him a new phone. Jay was who helped us. He was absolutely amazing. I've NEVER been in and out so fast while getting a new phone. He explained everything so well and made sure we were in the best/cheapest plan for each one of us on the account. Not only that but he set up our discount that we have been trying to get for a couple years and no one could get it to work, Jay did and had it in less than 5 minutes. If you got to Verizon ask for Jay. You won't be disappointed. He's knows his stuff. Also, he was training Michael and he was very nice, too. It was his second day and he was catching on quick.

Our phone came in a week late then when I complained about it the employee with the receding hairline and terrible attitude proceeded to not only kick me out the store but threaten me as well. Buy your phone from somewhere else. I maintained a respectable composure until I was insulted and told to leave the store. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

I can not say enough about the customer service I received at the Southport store. Jarred was such a gem!!! What a wonderful experience. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cellular store. Knowledgable, patient, helpful, wow!!!So happy to have found a store with a competent, caring staff.

My phone got broken and i went through the insurance to get a replacement. I always been able to charge a phone case to my bill. I went up there they told me before even looking into my account they was unable to do it. So I went online was able to make the order to my account to charge my bill. It just felt like a inconvenience to be there and I knew they could help me. They refused.

My phone went black. Stopped by to see if they could do a reset. Salesman looked at my phone and just went and pulled a new phone out. It's dead, you need this phone. Could not understand why I would want to go home and research phone options before buying.Well, I've had issues in the past for not dealing directly with a Verizon store. Went to Verizon store in Wilmington. Salesman hit a couple of buttons to hard boot my phone and amazing, it's fixed. I'm typing this review on the same phone!Do not deal with an Authorized Verizon store. They do not offer the same deals, phones or service. Deal only with true Verizon stores.

While on vacation in Oak Island my old phone completely fritzed out. Not only did J at the Southport location go above and beyond to help me get the best new phone for our budget, he literally kept working on my old one to be able save EVERYTHING on there to my new phone. I could not be happier with my experience in the store with him.

Gotta say... I've been a customer of this location for over 7 years now. It's always gotten the job done, and I've been satisfied with the service and selection of phones ect. This last visit was the best one yet though, and I'll say it was certainly due to your employee Jared Chandler. He went above and beyond in making sure I was set up with the right phone, made sure my plan was correct and my charges were right, and was personable and professional. If you haven't given him a raise yet, you need to, cause he is an employee you definitely want to keep around ?

What a great group of professionals at this location!! I had suffered through multiples efforts over the phone to troubleshoot iPhone issues. But Skylar at this location was such a gentleman who willingly provided assistance-knowing I was not an active buyer-but dug deep to help me rectify unusual software issues that afflicted my new phone. My phone also was not purchased at this location.Please support this business location! You will be glad you chose this Verizon location!
