Propane in Sparta, NC

“We live at top of a steep hill. The gravel driveway has a 200 feet vertical rise. (2700' elevation at the street, 2900' at the house). Getting a delivery truck up this shaded gravel driveway with any snow or ice on it is impossible. I should have requested a 2nd tank years ago but I didn't until this week. Travis thankfully worked us into his packed schedule on short notice. The second tank was just set up and connected at the house. Tanks will be filled on Friday. The 2 service techs that came to the house today were so professional and customer service orientated that I am amazed! Big applause to those men and again thank you to Travis for working us in this week. 5 stars for G and B Energy.
NOTE: A BIG shout out to Bobby the delivery driver who, like G&B, under promised and over delivered for us today! Bobby filled my step sons house in ground tank and our 2 above ground tanks. One day ahead of Fridays promised delivery time! Thanks again G&B Energy. Great customer service again for us.”
