“Ordered 5 tires from Amazon. Only three were delivered, FedEx lost the other two. Contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent me two replacement tires. But the replacement tires were the incorrect tires. Sent them back and they sent me the two correct ones. Took a bit longer than I expected but overall impressed. Customer service was not bad, they were very polite and did their best to solve the issue with FedEx.”

“Had a flat yesterday on the side of the road & there was no spare that came standard with my 2020 Jeep Compass. That was the start of a very shitty day yesterday. Fast forward to today 8/4/25, I went to Jamie's at 0800 this mornin to see about what tires they had in stock. They had 1 but couldn't fit me to put it on my Compass. Then I came to B&T, they didn't have any of my tire size in stock but they went out of their way to help. I bought the tire from Jamie's & brought it over to B&T. Not only were they professional, courteous & pleasant but they made the time to help me out & fit me in so they could put my new tire on my rim & put it on the Jeep in an amazing amount of time. Very grateful to them for their help, kindness & time. I went back & tipped the owner as well as my tech. Will definitely be returning to them in the future if I run into any issues that I can't solve myself.”
