My experience at the UScellular in Sparta, North Carolina happened to be the best customer service I’ve received in terms of needing help for buying a phone. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, who informed me of the best plan accommodated to my needs. She was kind, helpful, and patient when answering all of my questions. I was charged almost $60 more in regular line fees that i did not ask for nor purchase. My first bill is almost $300 for phone and internet. Who can really afford that? :(

Jen was most helpful this holiday season! She reached out to us to let us know we were able to upgrade before the sale went off; saving us a great deal of money on new phones.
She had us fixed up super quick and with great customer service.
My parents needed extra help with an issue, and she was more than willing to take time out of her day to help them.

Jennifer Krautkremer has been our go to US Cellular sales representative for over a year. It seems my teens lose, crack, or water damage their phones every other month ? so we are regularly replacing them. Jenn is always professional and helpful. She's quick and efficient while also providing quality service. We stay with US Cellular in Sparta specifically because of Jenn...the best representative in our small town.
