Like others say it’s completely unorganized and smells like something died in there. With that said I went in, quickly found what I was looking for somewhat easily because it was the only thing stocked on the entire aisle. Hadn’t seen an employee yet so I wondered if they even knew I was there as I went towards the register. I was only at the register a second and the cute employee showed up out of nowhere. Again she was very nice and cute and I didn’t have to wait so she gets five stars. Hit me up girl :)

Worst DG in the area. No shopping carts. Completely disorganized shelves. Useless employees. Go to Ruffton or FC, skip this mess.

Whenever I visit this location, I know I'm going to get the full post-apocalyptic vibe. So why the 5 stars? Because I go into it knowing what to expect.The store is always messy, the shelves are empty, and the food is expired. The employees are nowhere to be found.At this visit, I was getting a small ice cream treat for my son, and that alone was quite the experience. It seemed at one point the freezer may have stopped working, and all of the ice cream melted. Then, when it started working again, everything froze back together in a solid congealed mass. I was eventually able to find a newer bar of ice cream that wasn't covered in sticky goo. The door of the freezer stuck to my leg, and I could feel the stickiness as I pried it off. I still have a sticky spot on my jeans from the door ?.I am usually able to find what I need, and get out quickly. I've never had any issues with the employees being unfriendly (the few times I've seen them lol). This is really all that matters to me.

Today is the anniversary of my miscarriage. I walked in, only for balloons, to send up a letter for my baby! When I got in there they had the usual party, get well soon, just everyday balloons, so I ask the cashier (Haley) if they had any balloons she could blow up because none of those matched the occasion, she asked the occasion, and was so sympathetic about it! She was phenomenal, helped me pick out this beautiful rainbow balloon! I will forever cherish her kindness and being so nice to me, as today is a hard day for any mother who has ever lost a baby! Thank you so much Haley! You are the reason I’m able to hold it together today! I’m so glad to know that there are people in there for the people, and not just the check! Also have to shout out all the others at this store, as they are all like family, Adrianna is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, and I just love to go in and talk to her! Kayla is the absolute funniest person I’ve ever met! She cracks me up and cheers me up every time I see her! I don’t really know Mary well, but she is always nice, it’s usually helping me with the uscan because it is a pain lol but they are the best team I’ve ever seen! Big shout out to you all! I can’t wait to see you all own and run your own stores! Y’all are going places! ??

Low inventory and workers playing on their phones. It is bad when both employees are standing around staring at their phones. I guess they pay people these days to be on their phones.

This store doesnt need a 1 star. The experience was terrible. I saw this elderly lady standing at the register for 5 mins to pay for her items and the little prissy cashier was to busy playing on her phone. The elderly lady ranged the bell and the cashier still didnt come. I used the self check out and on my way out and the lady stopped me to asked have i seen the cashier, right before i could answer the prissy cashier stomped her way up and rudely said " im here". I never seen so much disrespect. That was inappropriate behavior. Its burned me up that i had to say something.This store would be better is the workers is kinder and stop paying attention to there phones.
