The check in and check out processes were quick with the expectations and rules for the rental clearly and simply explained. The lot was fenced in with multiple security cameras, so I felt safe leaving my car while I had the cargo van. They also had a large variety of trucks and other equipment on the lot. The two people I met were very friendly. Highly recommend for those looking to rent a truck or van for moving purposes.”
“Hi-tech has been my go to since it accommodates my payment methods, but since going I’ve been treated as a valued customer. They have gone out of their way to look for ‘squeeking’ sounds or whatever problems I have without charge sometimes. I’m always greeted by my first name and remembered. They are very polite and accommodating to my schedule. They also call/text me with updates so I always know what’s going on with bigger jobs. I do hate that there is always something wrong with my car, but that’s not their fault. lol.
