I have been complaining about them not having candy, I mean lollipops are a essential 4 the kids.. this branch manager went out of his way, and got some candies for me/ my kids!!! Big respect 🙏 💯, that's awesome and you don't see stuff like that nowadays... Think I'll stay with this branch...

This branch looks like it's closed down for good. Went to use ATM today, 4/13/2024, and crew was removing all the signage and the ATM was blocked. Tried to use other BA ATM in town and as usual it was not working. Thanks for the local service BA.

How on Earth are you going to change your hours from 10am to 4pm. That’s not even a full work day, how do you expect people who actually work for a living to be able to make it on time to get the service they require. Absolutely ridiculous

Rebecca (manager) at Bank of America in this location is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would recommend going to bank of American over by cross creek mall. ALL of the workers at that location are much nicer and have well working attitudes!

I visited the branch last Tuesday Dec 8, 2022 to wire 15k to Japan to pay for my machine order, as I am a business owner and having BOA business checking account thought of it will be easier to do the transaction but it was a nightmare. I have presented my LLC documents, EIN and my business check book the Branch Manager refused to do the transaction and told me that I am not the owner of the account and even my company LLC. What the hack!!! Very bad customer service, don't know how to take care of their own customers and no respect.My business is located in Spring Lake near that BOA branch so thought it is easier to access but I am wrong. I do live in Cary area and on Wednesday I went to a local BOA Cary branch and wired my fund to Japan as quick as ordering a sandwich. That's how it supposed to be. The same document I presented and everything was smooth and quick. Why this BOA Spring Lake branch making things complicated and staffs working there are not well trained.Today, Dec 8, 2022 I went to the Spring Lake BOA branch to get some change of $, $5, $10, and $20 notes for my cash register POS system in the restaurant, same thing they refused to issue saying I am not the owner of the account and make things complicated. I am done with Bank of America and I will not recommend anyone to open account or do business with them.Well known BOA name is not enough, you need to show how to help your customers and have a professional people work there who knows their job.By the way, I went to the branch first time in October to make a certified check of 40k to pay for the restaurant and used the same BOA business checking account and had no issues at all to issue the certified check and why now creating all this complication? Is that I do look Asian and not well dressed?

Please do not use Bank of America unless you want them to start charging maintenance fee and slowly stealing the money out your account. This bank is one of the largest one in the US by taking advantage of the poorest people. If you open an account with them you’ll regret it, just don’t do it.
