“Great experience! I dropped my phone and shattered the screen, luckily it was covered on my insurance. They had my screen replaced within the hour! I do a lot of business on my phone and getting it back so quickly was a big deal for me.
When I got home and showed my wife my new screen, she noticed one of the pixels was blacked out where it seemed to have failed. I spoke with Jason about the issue and even though my insurance would not cover another replacement screen, he made sure to get it replaced anyways at no charge!
If you want a company that stands by there work, this is your place. My second screen replacement was finished in 15 minutes! “It was my first time building a pc and I got stuck a very crucial part of process. I wasn't able to fix the problem myself so I went here to get it hoping they could find and fix the problem I was having with the ram. They did that and fix a few other problems I didn't know I had at the time.
