“Visited the Spring Lake location over the weekend looking for a very specific professional camera to step up my passion for photography.The place is rather small in comparison to other pawn shops but I was very lucky to have great service from Marsia (sp?) and that means a lot to me since it seems to be quite rare these days. Most other places seem annoyed that you walked in through their doors, but I didn't get that here.Marsia (sp?) greeted us as soon as we walked in. Great smile, very nice, genuinely nice and upbeat! I'm giving 5 stars for her customer service. She was honest and didn't know too much about the camera but that's okay! She wasn't pushy, she gave me all the time I needed to look at the cameras they had and play with them. The one I was really interested in was within my budget but the battery was dead. So they offered to charge the battery. The stars aligned for me that day. I knew what I was looking for, my budget, and they met it all! I'll definitely be back or visit their other locations in the future.”
