We've had our things there for some time and they've never been bothered. If you're looking for a safe place to store that doesn't have to be indoors or over priced I'd give this one a try.”

“I want to take the time to recognize Julia at Extra Space Storage on Chapel Hill Road in Spring Lake, NC, because she truly went above and beyond for me. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed, supported, and taken care of. I had concerns about getting to my storage unit on the third floor and making sure I understood everything, but Julia made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What touched me the most was that Julia has an injury herself, yet she still took the time and effort to personally walk me to the elevator, guide me up to the third floor, and make sure I was able to get to my unit successfully. She did not rush me, she did not make me feel like I was bothering her, and she made sure I understood the process step by step so I would not have to worry.
She offered several helpful options and suggestions to make everything easier for me, and her patience, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out. You can tell when someone is just doing a job versus when someone genuinely cares about people, and Julia genuinely cares. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel simple and manageable.
Customer service like this is rare. Julia is the kind of person who represents a company in the best possible way. She was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile even when she did not have to. I am truly grateful for her help and the kindness she showed me.
