This place is poorly ran at night and absolutely terrible. If you do order from here, make sure it is before 5 pm like so many other people have commented. Management and the corporate office do not care because people still show up regardless. This place either needs to train their staff better or honestly just close at 6pm. Every nighttime experience from this location is beyond terrible

Do not go here past 6pm unless you want to be disappointed. I have visited this location multiple times during the daytime hours and the food and service was excellent. Unfortunately each time I visit after 6pm it seems as though the staff are always slacking and making mistakes with orders. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake at around 8pm and I got a vanilla shake with what seems like chocolate and/or brownie pieces in it instead. There was no strawberry bits or flavor to be found. Evening shift, get it together please.

WORST SERVICE EVER I ORDERED 3 MEALS 2 WITH TOTS AND 1 WITH ONION RINGS I HAD MY SISTER PICK UP MY ORDER FOR ME SINCE I'M AT WORK WHEN IT ARRIVES I HAVE NO ONION RINGS OR TOTS I CALL AND ASK IF I CAN GET JUST MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE TOTS AND ONION RINGS NOTHING ELSE I WAS TOLD THEY CAN'T BECAUSE ONCE YOUR ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP YOUR ORDER YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER DISAPPEARS SO THERE IS NO PROOF OF YOUR ORDER ANYMORE WELL DAMN I STILL HAVE MY RECEIPT I CAN'T LEAVE WORK I DON'T WANT 2 MEALS I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR 3 COMPLETE MEALS THAT I RECEIVED INCOMPLETE HOW HARD IS THAT.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this or any other sonic. The food was less than mediocre. After waiting 5 min (in the play area) to order I had to use my phone app. The food came out quickly but the bottom bun on my burger was so hard I fed it to the ferrel cat hanging around. Side note:he couldn’t eat it either . The kids chicken tenders were overcooked making it hard for my 17 mo granddaughter to enjoy her lunch.The gate does not lock in order to help keep curious kids from opening and apparently both order boxes are out in this area.Very disappointed!☹️

I waited 25 minutes to get my food and the people next to me had that same problem. Get a better system or employees bc this is shameful. especially when the drive thru was going by fast!

It’s 50/50 I swear if I go in the day it’s smooth and fine but if I go to this place around 8-10 they take forever to get my food out and never explain like if they had to make it fresh or whatever. It’s apparent they need to get their speakers/headsets fixed as I had to go through the line twice. The staff is sweet but efficiency is important and their night shift is lacking in that. Definitely seems to be a management issue.

Clicked the button in the play area and it took 30 minutes for someone to answer it, which is totally unacceptable. I stayed this time for the food, but I won’t be coming back. My kids were frustrated and hungry by the time the food came, which makes for a miserable time for everyone.

Regardless of which Sonic that I visit, the story remains the same! The staff is Always serving with a smile, eager to assist, and very timely! The 1/2 price drinks are spectacular. Definitely deserves a revisit!

I just left Sonic and I will tell you one thing I won't be coming to spring lakes Sonic ever again they don't care about the Stall they care about the drive-thru I watch people pull in and pull out and some girl named JoeLai said hey welcome to Sonic it was like getting hung up on the crazy thing is are used to work there so I'm a big tipper and I made sure I bring an extra 20 just to give it to whoever brung my food out I guess not I was looking forward to them onion rings

The kids orders were fine but both mine and my husband's order was missing items and the things we got weren't made as we ordered.

The staff is always forgetting the dipping sauces you pay for but they will give them you once you can get their attention again or.not if you left already after waiting for over 20 min most the

Let me start by saying I normally have good experiences at sonic.. love the food..Took my daughter here for her birthday(that's what she wanted)recently we are a family of 5 so it was almost $60 spent .. we got our food/drinks in about 15 mins but we were missing our milkshake and 3 sundaes . We used call button to let them know and young lady came out asked what was missing and took my receipt..few mins later another lady came back with young lady asked again what we were missing said she would be right back with missing items..we seen other people getting sundaes so we pushed button again to get the missing items and finally got them 18 minutes after our food came out(I didn't get my receipt back and was not about to wait again) that was unacceptable to be at a fast food place for over 30 minutes total and it wasn't that busy plus milkshakes and sundaes don't have to cook... Food was very good but the cherry slush was overly sweet more than normal..I will give them another chance but I hope management makes some changes about speed of service and how fast they handle missing food
