From the moment I stepped into Up4Drea, I was blown away by its sheer size and the wide variety of products offered. It felt like walking into a veritable wonderland for adults! A Disneyland for Pleasure! But what truly set my experience apart was the unparalleled customer service.Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable & safe. I know this is a family owned business and I absolutely hate to do this but this must be said. I PAID 26 dollars for dry hands 1fl oz, bottle that is normally 14$ for 2oz. They sell CHEAP shein clothes/lingerie for literally TRIPLE the price and that is no exaggeration. I understand adding a little extra tax but this is robbing people.

Staff is very helpful “above and beyond”??????however my review is based on store policy. I spent 1.5 hours trying to find an item finally made a purchase and at no time was I told of a state law that “forbids returns” of any item purchased in an adult store. The very next day when I tried to return the item (which is cheaper online) is when I was directed to an obscure sign posted on the front door.

When I tell you this place was so welcoming and helpful I mean it! One of the BEST atmospheres around. It’s always nice to feel great while shopping intimately and we truly appreciated that ? We were greeted by the owners and let me tell you they truly treat you like family!

We went into UP4Drea to browse around and were blown away by their stock. This is by far the best store on this side of town; they have many extraordinary items for public and private use. We felt at home in the store. The most enjoyable moment of shopping outside the friendly atmosphere was when we met the staff; she had a beautiful attitude and a very informative perspective. Not to knock any other stores with a related niche, but this one is the most welcoming. If you are not into romance and such, they had freaking steampunk merch; I have been looking forever to find it. The final message is to check out this store, laugh at some novelty items and check out what they have.

So I usually shopped pure romance or other stores in Fayetteville till Up4Drea came along! She caters to the plus size ladies which is right up my alley guys! Not only is the products great and prices too but so are the employees and the owners! Such wonderful upbeat personalities and always willing to help!! I would highly recommend buying all your “fantasy needs” here!!

From the time I walked in I was treated like a queen. Drea is very helpful and informative. This store has all sizes for men and woman not to mention the amazing sensual products they offer. I love karaoke on Thursday nights and the classes they host are so much fun. It’s always a pleasure to visit Up4Drea

There is so much I could say about this place and the people who run it. Everytime I walk into this store I am treated like royalty. The employees are so helpful and such amazing people. Hearts of gold. Such a wide selection of items and they have plus size up to 9x which is so wonderful. If you are in the area please stop at this store and see these amazing people
