“the gentleman that helped me today provided nothing short of excellent service. i went in there looking for a specific item and was unfortunately sold out and helped me out still! he’s awesome and definitely will be coming here for all of my devices”
“Knowledgeable and friendly staff, funny ironic shirts, and plenty of options- plus, you know you're supporting a small business instead of just another chain.”
“Im going to use this space provided to tell a story about 2 of the best employees I have ever interacted with. Zay and Nicki are some of the most wholesome, friendly, and overall exemplary workers with the way they helped me figure out exactly what would be right for me in my price range. It feels like an extended family and I was welcomed with open arms. They have got themselves a regular in me. ?”
“I’m new to the vape scene and trying to transition away from cigarettes, and I have to say my experience at Kure Vapes on Skibo Road has been amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jonathan, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I could fully understand what I was getting into, which really helped me feel confident about making the switch. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming!
Jonathan also shared the rewards program, which is honestly better than any other tobacco or vape shop I’ve been to. On top of that, Kure even offers a two-week warranty where you can exchange a flavor you don’t like so you don’t end up wasting money, which is a huge plus for someone just starting out.
What stood out the most was Jonathan’s positive energy. He’s not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring, charismatic, and supportive. That kind of customer service makes all the difference when you’re starting something new. Because of him, I left feeling encouraged and excited about my journey to quit smoking.
I definitely recommend this location and especially Jonathan if you’re looking for guidance, kindness, and a store that truly values its customers. Oh and finally did I mention he's the manager at this location. This company really gained a valuable asset to their future endeavors! Give this man a raise so he stays!”
“No, but for real, this is the best place on earth. Reminds me of the corner stores in Philadelphia. But it ain’t Philadelphia (Thank you for the rillo my guyyyy )”
“We needed ecigerette batteries. They had what we needed. The service was quick and efficient. We always return to the store because they usually have what we need.”
