“I’m new to the vape scene and trying to transition away from cigarettes, and I have to say my experience at Kure Vapes on Skibo Road has been amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jonathan, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I could fully understand what I was getting into, which really helped me feel confident about making the switch. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming!
Jonathan also shared the rewards program, which is honestly better than any other tobacco or vape shop I’ve been to. On top of that, Kure even offers a two-week warranty where you can exchange a flavor you don’t like so you don’t end up wasting money, which is a huge plus for someone just starting out.
What stood out the most was Jonathan’s positive energy. He’s not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring, charismatic, and supportive. That kind of customer service makes all the difference when you’re starting something new. Because of him, I left feeling encouraged and excited about my journey to quit smoking.
I definitely recommend this location and especially Jonathan if you’re looking for guidance, kindness, and a store that truly values its customers. Oh and finally did I mention he's the manager at this location. This company really gained a valuable asset to their future endeavors! Give this man a raise so he stays!”
“By far one the best places I have ever shopped at they offer coils and mods as well as a huge variety of juices. The manager was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the juices and directed me to a carbon copy clone of a custom juice I could only get out of state. I will be back when I need to get more they have earned a return customer also the starwars theme is fresh and inviting”
