I like to give a great review of the pharmacy today. I called in my med because it's a control one. Unfortunately they were a little short. However I said ok as I was taking care of my daughter after knee surgery with a deployed husband. My time was limited. When I got there they did explain the truck is there. But with limited windows I filled with a few short. But what most impressed me was the care,understanding and compassion. Being on this med you don't always get that. However this staff and pharmacy was amazing thank you!

PHARMACY IS THE WORST HERE. AVOID AT ALL COST! Pharmacy staff is always grumpy, rude, and condescending. Not to mention incompetent! My wife was waiting for her meds today. They said they will be ready at 11:27am. At 11:20am they put the gates down, and say temporarily closed.. Are you kidding me?!?! This is what you will deal with here at this pharmacy. You are the last thing on their mind. They are more worried about themselves, and their own lives. They could give 2 you know what's about you. I would go elsewhere. Avoid this place and save yourself the trouble, hassle, and annoyance. ✌️

Sergio was a great help with printing out some birthday invitations from the in-store screen available to customize any photos that you have on your phone. Easy instructions on the touchscreen monitor. Thanks again, highly recommend.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Spring Lake, NC. The service is always quick and professional, and the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and always take the time to answer any questions with patience and a smile. Whether I’m picking up a prescription or just need some advice, I know I can count on them. Highly recommend this location for excellent pharmacy care and outstanding customer service!

Went to purchase detergent on sale and pick up medicine from pharmacy. Had a buy one get one half off so I purchased Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. The staff was helpful in helping me find the detergent. I usually use the drive-thru because they pretty much know me now.

Never a smooth experience when doing a money card reload…Out of the 3 times I’ve tried to reload money on a card the time exceeded over 5 minutes…cashier gets it started and then manger or supervisor to approve the transaction is never available

I have been using this pharmacy for years and the staff usually knows me by name and they fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and are ALWAYS friendly and respectful even when they are obviously very busy!

I can’t express how much I hate this pharmacy! Not only have I been given the wrong medication a few months back. They are very slow!!! Imagine waiting 30 mins in the drive through for them to tell you at the window your prescription that has been on for 3 days will take an hour to get ready. Then coming back to wait in another long line!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.I believe someone in the pharmacy maybe pocketing pills or they are very very bad at counting. After twice in a row of my prescription being very short, I confronted them and they told me there is nothing they could do. I was asking what I needed to do and they were very rude and brushed me off. I just wanted to know how I could keep this from happening again and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I will be sending my prescription to a different pharmacy.

I came to Walgreens in Spring Lake to get my mother a shot at 12 now I would have understood if the nurse was on lunch break and if they would have told me this and to come back at 1 I would not have had a problem but they did not told me that the pharmacist would be administering the shot but we waited and I went up and asked how much longer because it was 12:45 and I had another appointment was told that she was coming in a minute she never administered my mother’s shot she had us to wait til the nurse came back from lunch this pharmacy is so slow at everything

Allowed my ex-husband not only to pick up my medication, which they decided to break up and dispense to me against the prescription recommendations, but also allowed him to change my phone number without my permission without any call or notification. Make sure that when you go pick your things up you let them know every time before your medication is due to be picked up. Do not let my ex pick up my medication. Do not let my ex change my phone number. Do not let do not let do not let clearly. You also have to tell them you are a pharmacist. You are not my doctor. Do not switch my prescriptions and do not switch my dosage amount. I don't care what your excuses are. This is unacceptable. This location needs to seriously do some retraining of their staff.

I never have issue at this store or pharmacy. Staff is always helpful and store is very clean. I find the negative reviews so odd….
