Blue Ridge Regional Hospital is a community hospital serving Spruce Pine and the surrounding Western North Carolina mountain communities. The staff are described as awesome, great, friendly, compassionate, professional, polite, efficient, and very respectful. Patients report great visits from start to finish, with fast check-in, being seen on time, and receiving results by the next day. Radiology and Lab staff are praised for being kind, tentative, knowledgeable, and gems. One patient noted being treated with respect and having radiology results sent to a PCP in a few hours. However, the billing system is frustrating, as one patient requested a bill be sent before it goes to collections.

I've gone twice in the past week and both times was quick, efficient and I had no weight. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and both techs informed me of what they were doing during my tests
