The new pharmacy crew members are very kind caring and understanding they make me feel welcome where I didn't before I must say they are alot more welcoming than the old crew I would like to thank the new pharmacist team for being very welcoming kind and understanding and helpful this CVS store has made a good improvement over the past two months thank u new CVS pharmacist team you guys are great and the front end staff has always made me feel welcome to shop there the store manager she is very awesome! And always has been!

I went to go pick up a prescription for my friend. From the moment I stepped up, BLAKE had a horrible attitude with me from the start. I do not know nor have had any encounters with this woman. When I get to the counter, BLAKE ordered me, not asked, to get behind the plexiglass. So I did then I told her I was picking up a pescription for my friend and I didn't know her birthday. BLAKE said I will not give you anything unless you have a birthdate to provide. So I went and got the birthdate and it was obvious BLAKE was mad because I returned. After I gave her the birthdate, she starts saying, \"hit the red button\" over and over before anything had popped up on the screen. I told her I will read what it says before I hit anything. BLAKE then told me, \" do you want the prescription or not\". I again told her I will read what it says before I hit anything. Before the next screen pops up, she again starts telling me to hit the red button over and over and then says \"I guess you won't provide an email\". I told her again I will read what it says before I hit anything. BLAKE then justs walks off and tells another employee to finish it out. I am still shocked that someone I have never met before and didn't even know could be so nasty and rude. The person who finished my transaction however was very professional and polite. After I had paid and was leaving, BLAKE then yells at me, \" Have a great day\". By this point, I have had enough and I yell as loud as I can, \"you have a lovely day yourself\". Mind you, there are other customers in the store watching this whole thing. I did have to get some makeup remover and went to the front counter and that cashier was super sweet, professional and polite. Apparently, according to other employees who overheard that whole exchange, there have been several complaints about BLAKE. One employee told me she received a bad review last week. I do not understand why you continue to employee someone who has an attiude like BLAKE does and is rude and nasty to customers. I am thankful I do not have to deal with CVS in Spruce Pine, I refuse to spend my money in a place that has people like BLAKE working for them. After telling my friend about this, she will now pull her business from there as well. I will let everyone I know who has an account with CVS pharmacy in Spruce Pine to switch to somewhere else where the employees treat customers with respect. No one deserves to be treated that way and have some crazy woman yell at them after they refused to complete a transaction. I am calling your corperate office and let them know about BLAKE and how she treats people and that after receiving so many complaints, the problem still exists.

The store appears clean ... but look closer! This CVS store offers NO drive thru. So it would be a hassle for those who have mobility issues. The staff in the pharmacy acts like it takes their life to talk or help the customers. Do NOT ask to use their restroom , you may get cussed out!
