If you are coming from Spruce Pine downtown area and coming down the hill. It is a 45mph zone. Police sometimes sit here. Coming down that hill is hard to go 45mph. I try to watch my speed because a wonderful Spruce Pine police officer could be there! Plus I think u can get gas there 24 hours a day using your card. The store closes maybe 10ish?? I don’t no. But you can get gas there and there is only one other gas station for along way! So if you need gas leaving you might want to think about it.

No restroom at this store today. How is this store even open without restrooms? Where are our three employees that told me today “We have no restroom” using the restroom while working at this store?

The lady working today was nowhere to be found. I stood at the register for at least 3 minutes before she finally came out from the back, then she was very rude to my wife and I. I know it stinks to have to work on Thanksgiving, but don't take it out on the customers. I recommend Stameys/ Walmart over this gas station.

It's a good store to go to right off the side of the road but prices are a little higher than your average convenience store.

Friendly cashiers, great gas prices and good snacks on the go. Be careful turning in and out of here because the area is accident prone with a blind curve and a hill.
