I cannot describe how phenomenal our experience has been with this organization. The nurses that were assigned to care for my grandmother (Betty, Cigi, Sierra, and Jennifer) have helped my family navigate an unbearable situation with more kindness, empathy, and support than I can put into words. Every person we met including the nurses and the chaplain, Andy Willis of Western Carolina Church in Spruce Pine, NC, went above and beyond to support my family and ensure that my grandmother was appropriately cared for and that her wishes were carried out until the very end. These ladies have made a seemingly impossible tragedy manageable for me and my family and we are forever grateful for their care, kindness, and wisdom.
