I have been a client for many years, I stepped away once and ended up having to bring the taxes to H&R Block and have them refiled. I will not make that mistake again. Block has always been excellent in their endeavors!

Tax preparers should stand by what they say. I'm on disability and not required to file taxes. A lady told one of my children that she would fill out papers to help with their schooling. She told her to bring it in when they brought other paperwork in. When it's filled out, they then want to charge $75.00. They have you bring in extra & then start charging you each piece. We DID NOT need this for school. And if we did need to file, we could have done so on line without any help. It's a shame how you went about getting this $75.00 but it hits someone with little income real hard. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company!!!!
