They were very helpful when I needed my license plate updated, and they’ve always assisted me with my muddy floor mats without hesitation. One day, on a whim, I asked if they could help me with my muddy shoes—and to my surprise, the young man didn’t hesitate at all and sprayed the mud right off for me with a smile.
That level of service really stood out. It’s rare to find people who genuinely go above and beyond like that. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude of the staff. Highly recommend this location!”
“Abby has been an amazing help at Sam’s Car Wash. She doesn’t just assist customers with getting their cars cleaned from top to bottom—she goes above and beyond whenever someone needs extra support.
One day, I had a battery issue and couldn’t start my car. Abby immediately stepped in, used her own car and jumper cables to get me going, and helped me find a solution right away. She saved me a ton of time and hassle that I would’ve spent calling my insurance company or arranging an Uber.
We need more people like Abby—kind, proactive, and genuinely willing to help customers when they need it most. Highly recommend Sam’s Car Wash because of her outstanding service.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful especially, Collin. Any issues or concerns see him! He us dedicated to serve his customers. The machine washes the car thoroughly on the first wash. The Dexluxe wash option is the best option if you are concerned about cleaning your wheels. Otherwise, the basic car wash, which is approximately $25.00 will suffice. Vacuums are availabe.”

“I like the carwash and the staff. They seem to be very friendly. I also like the unlimited car wash option. I definitely think it's worth the money. My only concern would be that one lane should solely be for the cars with a membership. The wait can can pretty long, especially when people are trying to sign up for a membership in all 3 lines. Other than that, I will continue use them and recommend people go as well.”

I brought in my wife's daily driver for a full detail, wash, and wax as an early Christmas gift. Anyone with teenage boys knows exactly what I mean: between soccer cleats, basketball gear, carpooling teammates, and grab-and-go snacks, the car was a genuine disaster zone. It was messy enough that I almost didn't believe it could be restored.
But they didn't just clean it—they completely resurrected it! The car is now in legitimate showroom quality. Every detail (pun intended!) is in impeccable order. The interior is so clean and fresh it feels like new again, down to the leather and floor mats. The exterior is gleaming, and the wax is perfect.
This is the kind of clean where you don't even want anyone to get inside. Jay truly delivered above and beyond. If you need detailing done right, especially if your vehicle has endured the chaos of family life, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!”

“I'm not sure why all the hate on this place. I came here after the one I use in Stallings was having issues as I needed, the salt off my car from the recent snow. I was hesitant reading the reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance! It has one bay that had no wait and was clean, and the soap worked. The equipment worked without issue, the water was clean, and the pressure was great. Sufficient enough to clean the break dust of my rims, saving me some time and manual work. Yes. It does not have a foam brush, but it's exactly as advertised, and it's $1.50. The other wash I use has a brush, but it's also $3.50. Often, the bays are extremely dirty, and in this case, the equipment was not working. So I just have to say thank you for this place!”

Surprisingly cheap gasoline, I was going to hold off until getting to South Carolina for their lower gas tax but this spot showed up on Gas Buddy as the same as those. Rockin'! Easy to fill and receipt printer worked. I did not need to go inside so I have nothing to say about the Circle K convenience store. [Review 12469 overall, 2257 of 2019.]”
