“Random flashing engine light meant I pulled into the nearest mechanic, and the guy who helped me was so kind, so quick, and diagnosed and fixed everything within an hour (spark plug & coil were causing a misfire in c4). The price was much less than I was expecting, I wasn't asked to get any extra services, and when I mentioned he could change my air filters if they were dirty he showed them too me and said they still had lots of time. Really honest and SO FAST for randomly pulling in there. Really close to my house so will be coming back (-:”
“I picked Tim's because of the 5 star rating and they lived up to it. I had left front quarter panel damage. The original estimate called for dent repair and painting. They were able to find a panel of matching color which dropped the estimate well below half. They were supposed to have the car from Monday to Friday. I got it back on Wednesday. Very pleased with the results. Will recommend highly.”

“The overall experience with Safelite was outstanding. The technician called me before he arrived to let me know how long it was going to be before he got there, and he showed up within that time. He informed me of everything that was going on even informed me on why I was having other issues with the windshield. The technician himself was great. The only problem that I had was when I spoke to the representative Friday to make the appointment I was trying to decide whether I wanted to submit it through insurance or pay out-of-pocket. The lady I spoke with told me that the glass replacement only which is what I chose would be $232. The technician shows up and allows me to see the bill before replacing the windshield and the price was $291 and some change. I went ahead and had the windshield replaced because I did not want to have to reschedule, But for the future, when a customer is asking the price difference between paying out-of-pocket and submitting through insurance, the customer needs to be given the full price of what it would cost them the day of service not just what the glass cost. My bill ended up being $50 more the day of service than I was told the day before when I made the appointment.”

“I had an accident in my 2016 honda crv. I have used pickle and dime companies like caliber collision, and Coleman brothers. Never satisfied and always feeling taken advantage of, I contacted Don at lakeside paint and body. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Dealing with Don and lakeside paint and body was like going back in time when business owners were honest, compassionate, thorough, and customer driven. Even after being lowballed by the insurance company, Don still stuck to the price he quoted me even though he took a hit financially. I got my car back after the accident and my car looks and drives the way it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. Don and his staff kept in constant communication through the process, answered all questions and looked out for me. There was a time when people's word actually meant something.
