“After having to file a claim on behalf of my late fathers toy hauler with Progressive I was shocked to see a total loss appraisal a fraction of what was paid for the 5th wheel just years before. Luckily being in industry I knew what to do, mind you as well, the adjusters knew who I was and should know better. Initially their offer was a measly $5450 I invoked the appraisal clause hired Billy and he was able to get me $12,250 that is more than double their original offer! Let this be a lesson if they will do this to someone in this industry, what do you think they will do to an uneducated person?”

“I picked Tim's because of the 5 star rating and they lived up to it. I had left front quarter panel damage. The original estimate called for dent repair and painting. They were able to find a panel of matching color which dropped the estimate well below half. They were supposed to have the car from Monday to Friday. I got it back on Wednesday. Very pleased with the results. Will recommend highly.”

“Random flashing engine light meant I pulled into the nearest mechanic, and the guy who helped me was so kind, so quick, and diagnosed and fixed everything within an hour (spark plug & coil were causing a misfire in c4). Never satisfied and always feeling taken advantage of, I contacted Don at lakeside paint and body. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Even after being lowballed by the insurance company, Don still stuck to the price he quoted me even though he took a hit financially.
