Every year I go to Mike’s Growers Outlet in Stanley, NC. Every person helping me is very patient - spending lots of time with me. I am always sooo happy with how they explain every detail of how, when & where to put plants. GREAT place to get things for your yard!!!???

I prefer to support a local business and Mike’s typically has a good selection but they are so unfriendly I don’t think I can keep shopping there. Literally scowling at me…with a cart full of plants! I miss Bud’s!!!

Really knowledgeable staff, and the best prices I've found in the Charlotte area. If you've been to Greenville NC, this place is a lot like "Plant and See".

It might be easier to go to the big box stores for plants but a short drive to Mike's will save you a lot. Great selection and family run

Great prices, especially for trees and herbs compared to other well-known local nurseries. Friendly staff willing to help. Have returned several times this season for purchases. Have recommended to several neighbors to visit.

Had a wonderful experience here. Mike & Tara are true plant lovers, and incredibly smart with their craft of botany. They answered questions that I had & made sure I left with all the knowledge going forward with my new plant babies. You’ve got yourself a long time customer & I can’t wait to return in the spring to see the newest collection. This is a indoor/outdoor gardeners dream! Highly recommend for y’all your plant needs.

If you want to buy from people who really know plants! I've actually been told to come back and buy later because it was still too early. Big box stores won't do that. Great people, great knowledge.
