I do NOT recommend Stanley min Clinic! This place is a JOKE! They called in the wrong drops for my husband who had pink eye that made his eyes way worse than they were and also called in the wrong dosage of antibiotics for my girls that made them start throwing up! Every physician has something different to say each time you go nothing but issues at this place, I will NEVER GO BACK!!

Tell me why I keep forgetting that this clinic and it’s appointment times are just SUGGESTED. They are NEVER on time and if you complain they take EXTRA LONG.My appointment was 20 minutes ago and counting.

My son just turned 7 and had to get a physical done to play football. His primary doctor couldn’t see him by the time we needed it done so they suggested we go to minute clinic. I took my son to this minute clinic to get the physical form filled out. We had an appointment and waited around 40 minutes to see the provider. The provider during the course of the physical noticed my son had an ear infection. The physical form does not ask about hearing at all. My son passed every section of the physical form. The provider then proceeded to do a forced whisper test. I have gone to doctors my entire life and I have gone with my children to every one of their appointments and I have never seen this test performed. The provider stood in one corner of the room and had my son stand in the other corner of the room. The provider then whisperer very lowly a thee syllable word that my son misheard. He then went to the other corner of the room and faced it and then whispered another word that my son couldn’t understand. I could barely hear him and I was in middle of room. There were no controls to this test and there is no way it is reliable. Based upon that, he said my son couldn’t hear and failed him on the physical form with us to return in 5 days to do the hearing test again after antibiotic. The physical form doesn’t ask about hearing so he wrote this all in “free hand” on the form. I wasn’t aware they don’t take insurance for physical forms so our bill for this was $66. In 5 days we went to another minute clinic to get the form filled out and they filled it out no problem. I let them know what happened at the other minute clinic. I was charged a $25 to have the form filled out. So a total of $90 and two trips to minute clinic for a physical form. The first provider should have prescribed the medicine and completed the form. It was ridiculous and no doubt medical gaslighting and I will never return to the Stanley minute clinic.

God forbid you actually have to talk to somebody over there. It's impossible to get through with that ridiculous automated system. I'm just going to go somewhere else.

The very heavyset woman who rang up my meds in the pharmacy was very rude and snarky to me when I asked her questions about payments through our employer coverage. It was uncalled for, unnecessary, and extremely unprofessional. If she was the only one working here, I'd switch to Walgreens.

I was seen by H. Shriner RN and greeted by Concierge Calli. Both of these ladies were most gracious and treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, even though they were shorthanded on the morning of my visit, 6/18/21.I even received an unsolicited call back the following day to see if my symptoms were alleviated, which they were. I don't even get calls back from my general practitioner in such a prompt manner. I can only express my highest sense of approbation with the professionalism and efficiency carried out by Calli and Nurse Shriner. Thank you.

Nurse H. Shriner and Concierge Calli treated me with the utmost professionalism and courtesy on my recent visit. Mrs Shriner called me back the following day to ensure my symptoms were alleviated, which they were. Concierge Calli informed me of the many services CVS and Minute Clinic provide. I cannot express a higher sense of approbation and satisfaction with their care and concern.

Do not trust this incompetent place for your COVID-19 test they lose the test and they are unprofessional, clueless, and liar being in a pandemic ? and test are required you will think they will be articulate with how they handle the test. How many people who took the test that could be exposing others due to the test they lost on Friday April 30, 2021 -They should be held accountable for losing the test and misleading with one lie after another to the patient (consumer who paid for it) and was traveling. Now 5/18/21 they charging again two weeks later for a test already paid for on 4/30/21 Caution Consumer Cannot Trust Minute clinic In Stanley

Had a good experience with this CVS Christina was great the head pharmacist, she was kinda, and welcoming to my husband since we are new to North Carolina. In California the CVS we left behind each of the pharmacy staff was like family .. Going to pick up our meds was like the show (Cheers) . Hope to get to build that same experience with this CVS here in Stanley.

I made an appointment for my daughter and myself. The nurse was amazing. After the nurse we were then seen by the nurse practitioner (NP). Their strep machine wasn't working so they said they had to send it out. ( not saying anything about an additional cost) Due to COVID we are currently without insurance. I told this to the NP and he was understanding. However he didn't tell me that there would be additional charges for this. My thought was that because their machine was down that there wouldn't be any other charges! Wrong... I got an additional bill from Queasy for my daughter for almost $75 . Then the wanted some blood work for me due to my high blood pressure. Again being concerned about the cost I asked approximately I knew he couldn't give me an exact. He said it shouldn't be over $100, $398.46 later and nothing to show for it!!! This is all in addition to the $150 per person they charged for the office visit. I called to question these and was told sorry about your luck! You need to city tact quest! I will never go to the minute clinic again! My second visit I was there for almost an hour and a half because people kept knocking on the door and interrupting our appointment. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend going to one of these. They are very misleading!!!

Practitioner Lewis gave the sorriest excuse for a medical exam that I have ever seen. Seemed as if she didn't even care. Would not recommend.
