“These guys took great care of our car as always. I was in for tires, but they checked out a few other things I asked about (like my brake pad thickness) and got us back on the road quickly.”
“I have been a customer for year, six sets of tire across four different vehicles. I have never been disappointed. My kids were blessed this year during the back to school bass. An excellent company with great service, always professional.”
“Mr nobody always do a great job since the first time i visited and always do! As a person doesn’t understand the mechanics they do explain very detail. Thank you for your great work!”

“These guys are great. Anything from oil changes or brake pads, to engine and transmission replacements, they can handle it all. Honest, great pricing, and great to work with. Highly recommend.”
“Impressive service. I was in a real pickle this morning when I found a bolt in my tire and my spare was flat. Scott answered right as they opened and told me they could help me out if I had it towed in. They weren’t kidding. Despite being short-staffed, they were able to plug it in a jif!”
“2 of the best people around and I would happily go out of my way to have them work on my cars. Super friendly and always informative, will answer all of your questions honestly and do everything they can to help you out.”
“It’s hard to find a shop that’s honest, fast, and affordable all at once, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone needing tires or auto work!”
“This place is awesome! First time bringing a vehicle here and i was helped by Mercedes & Noah. Both were extremely professional and helpful. Best experience I've had at a mechanic in a long time. Explained everything to me and quoted me everything that needed work. I will be continuing to come back here for all my mechanical need and would recommend them to anyone!”
“My new mechanic! They were able to get me in on the same day for an oil change when they were super busy. They didn't try to scam me or get me to pay for anything I didn't need. Will definitely be taking my car in here whenever it needs work done.”
“This place is THEE Best for tires used AND new! I bring all my vehicles here and so does my whole family. Guaranteed lowest prices with the best service to match! They know what they're doing and are extremely thorough.”
“Had a flat tire took it in after putting air in it and they got me in right away and fixed the tire and had me out in under 20 minutes. Thanks, Ivey(sorry if I spelled your name wrong) amazing service.”
“I had a great experience with Firestone Auto Detail! They did an amazing job cleaning and detailing my car. The attention to detail really stood out everything was spotless, inside and out, and my truck looks brand new every time we come!!
They were professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. It’s hard to find people who put this much effort into making sure the customer is happy. I was extremely impressed with the results.”
“Took my 2011 camry in for brake service, got a quote for rotors/pads and brake flush. Paid what i was quoted and was reasonably priced. They also attached paperwork that went over any problem areas on the car for future fixes. Good experience and would reccomend this location”

“I was on my way to Charlotte when my car started making a funny noise. I exited the highway in Gastonia and did a quick Google search for a mechanic. I came across Affordable Auto Repair and called to explain my situation. I was told that the mechanics were out to lunch but I could come over and wait for them to get back. I arrived 10 minutes later and the nice man I talked to on the phone was in the middle of eating his lunch, but stopped to take a look at my car. Luckily it was a quick fix and I was able to get on my way with only the cost of the parts. I made it safely to Charlotte to see my family and I'm very grateful for the kindness of Affordable Auto Repair!”
“Friendly and courteous. Have been a customer of Roosevelt's for roughly 60 years . Very professional group of men. Would recommend this place to anyone needing their service.”

“They use quality Aisin Toyota replacement parts for my Toyota Corolla. They also use the correct pink coolant to refill my radiator for the water pump replacement. The only recommendation I have would have is that they should break down the cost of parts, and labor seperately when they do a quote. There is also a seperate environmental fee for the service. They also left my car unsecured overnight with all of the doors in my car unsecured parked outside of the parking lot. Security should be important for all customers cars especially when they are park on the outside of the repair shop. They are busy so you will have to wait a few days for the repairs to be completed. The man I spoke to got upset on the phone when I asked him to break down the cost of parts and labor for the repair.”
“Best place in Gastonia to get new tires for an affordable place, I got tires from them 1 year ago and it took a whole year for me to come back to see them, quality tires, quality service, go see them”
“Had to visit Mavis location when out of town. Got back home had an issue with another tire. Took car to a local Mavis. Recently got nail in back tire. They were able to help me again! Always had fairly quick and friendly service. Would recommend for your tire related needs.”
“Bobby is such a sweet guy! Did a great job detailing our car for the price, considering surrounding competitor prices. He is sociable and strives to make sure you are happy with the job! 10/10 recommend him”
“These people are fast, very reasonable and honest. I didn’t know about them so I took my tire that was already off vehicle to 2 other places to have plugged. One said they don’t plug they patch and it wld take 2 hours. The other, Mr tire said they can’t plug because of where the screw was. (it was on a slant) and said I needed 4 new tires. I don’t run may pops on my car. I know tread depths and I am so grateful my grandson knew of this place. They have my business from now on. Plugged and back on car in less than 10 minutes.”

“Added a couple screenshots since the place can be a little bit hard to find, but they do great work! They're more than willing to help when you're in a pinch! Only reason for the four stars play because I got some bad luck and had to wait for 3 hours for them to put two new tires on my car”
“Super nice people! As a young woman, I have no clue about automatic problems or fixing them; however, they explained the process. They were nice about replacing my brake light. The process was smooth, quick, and enjoyable. I appreciate all you guys do!”
“Having tires mounted on 22.5 polished aluminum rims can be done with out scratching the clear coat. All that would be needed is a moving blanket to lay the rims on when removing and mounting the tires. The Gastonia location did use some cardboard but that didn't prevent the scratches. I was able to minimize them but not completely. I let Matthew the manger know my recommendation. Other then that the crew did a great job. If rims didn't get scratched I would have given 5 star review.”

“Order for 6 new Toyo tires for my Class A very promptly handled by Cobie at the Gastonia, NC, location. After installation of tires, vibration when motorhome driven and 2 of the tires turned out to be significantly out of spec (out of round) and so not able to be balanced. Tires removed and replaced (with another brand) and defective Toyo tires picked up by Snider, returned to their supplier and, after a rather protracted period, credit given (provided by Snider before they received credit from their supplier, which was considerate of them). Would happily purchase from Snider again, although not the Toyo brand of tire.”

Always great service at Discount Tire! Highly recommend! 👍”

“My first time today at Summey‘s Tire & Auto. They’re really honest hard-working people. And they will tell you the truth about your car. The Toyota dealership said I needed brakes. Summey’s checked my brakes and said I didn’t need brakes and they didn’t charge me anything for the check. I recommend them highly them.”
