Packages delivered to porch yestetday....but today crammed into mailbox. Box about to fall of post because of this....christmas a $200 dollar watch box was crammed in it. Took 10 min of wiggling it back and forth to get it out. Wish I could post the pics I took of this laziness. We all are workin through this humid weather so don't use that excuse. By the way 2 yrs ago you said it's my mailbox fault lid not closing not the laziness of mail person...since then, lid been closing for 2 yrs..if I hadn't of gotten notice package delivered. You would have stopped my mail delivery for box being full. Worst mail service delivery I've ever heard of...shame on managers for accepting this quality

Can this place tell me WHY, it takes 10 days to get a payment sent to the other party 41 miles away. 10 DAMN DAYS!! NOW, I HAVE A $50 LATE FEE because of this incompetent place and it's people! When it should have only taken 3 days to get it there! Please make it make sense!

I had a great experience at this post office. The lady behind the counter with short, salt & pepper hair was very helpful and patient (this was mid December when everyone's stress level is high). I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth things went

I don’t know what the protocol is for packages and loose mail but putting my bills and other private letters on my porch along with my packages does not seem to be right. This is the second time I’ve caught the same mailman setting my mail on my porch with packages. He will pull up to my mailbox then back down the driveway and just lay everything on the porch. Loose mail and all. If I had know this is what we were doing now I wouldn’t have a need for a damn mailbox. Mail van number 3330663 on 12/21/23 at 4:45pm.Please just address the concern and only put packages on the porch. Not all of my mail.

My mail carrier Becky is fabulous! She's friendly & efficient. I greatly appreciate that she always scans (for tracking) my outgoing parcels before driving to the next mailbox. I also like that instead of cramming large items into my mailbox, she places them on my covered front porch. I wish the other carriers would follow her lead.

The new mail person that delivers to Bob White Trl is terrible. Can't seem to close the mail box door. Delivers packages to the front door along with the loose nail. Which has gotten wet once and and blowing around my yard. No care at all mailman.

Again my mailbox door was left open and yes it was raining hard. So needless to say I have wet mail! Is it that hard to shut the mailbox door? So this goes out to the Postmaster of Stanley,please have a talk with my mail carrier for 5303 Hickory Grove rd. Any further complaints will go higher than your office until I get it resolved!
