How you buy a new phone or repair a current phone seems to change often and can be challenging, but the staff here were very friendly and great to work with.

Store rep messed up my account now I have to spend 3+ hours on the phone to add a line because it flagged me account for Fraud. I have now had to do this 3 times.

Horrible customer service ever no help at allThe store could have been a kiosk cause all you can do there is pay bills or buy accessories any phone problems they give you a pamphlet to take home that directs u how to replace your broken phone when it doesn't work?! Unfortunately my broken phone is my only phone so idk how I was expected to do so ..when I asked could they do it in store Sebastian said no . Company phone didn even work att worst service EVER

I took my daughter to Verizon 30 minutes before coming to AT&T to get her iPhone 14 Pro Max (deep purple) and got denied because they said my daughter's identity (turned 18 in November 2022) couldn't be verified. Lol, hello ?? I'm her mother. What other type of verification do you need. We had her social security card, her identification card, and her birth certificate. Long story short, we came to AT&T and were in and out within 15 minutes with the phone and received impeccable, outstanding service. ? Thank you, AT&T.

I came into change from my old carrier to a ATT based on joining my families group plan after my previous carrier wouldn’t do a whole lot to assist me. I expected the whole process to be tedious with needing a new phone, the transfer ect. Ayla made the whole experience not only east but pleasant. It made me set aside any of the bad things I had previously heard but ATT. I was ecstatic about how fast and smooth everything went. She knew exactly what needed to be done, let me through the process and delivered impeccable service. Places need moreEmployees like Ayla.
