I purchased my car in December last year. I have had two services with only them this year. Last one on 9/11/2024. Was told everything is great. On Sept 17th, coming off an exit and stopping at light, upon it turning green my car shut off and would not move. A fireman was behind me and helped me get to a safe spot awaiting tow. Called GMC, had me call their tow truck guy, Mark, who was amazing and very concerned about me. Thankful for the movement of God of who he put around me. They had my car for two days. I was told they don’t have loaner cars. Ran my gas out after already telling me they found nothing the first day. Found nothing the second day, meanwhile I have a rental I’m paying. Greeted me while picking up car with, go straight to the gas station, received a bill for $112 and change, no gas and no answers. Got home after going to my appt and car cut off again and wouldn’t start. I’m not pleased or happy about these dangerous situations and not being able to get any answers. Not helpful, but quick to continue to cause me to spend more money, but running my gas out which they could have replenished at least to where it was, amazed me and to tell me “I have nothing to tell you”. No diagnosis at all, I didn’t get. I was concerned I wouldn’t make it to the gas station down the street. Not sure if I still want this car and more or less deal with this unhelpfulness again. I’m now hearing a lot about them, but my own experience is just about enough. It would have been nice to work out something with me. I had to get a rental from Toyota West and no offer to help with that either. Not to professional. I just wished they would have cared more about the position they put me in. I felt like my concerns were not acknowledged. No offer of help was given except “I tried to keep the diagnosis as low as I could”, but there was no diagnosis. Then to thankfully get home and it does it again. To have others tell me what it was and they had nothing. Very unsettling. I hope they make this right.

We were going out of town and I realized that my Pontiac G6 was 1000 miles over due for an oil exchange. I called and they went the extra mile and worked us in so we could be on our way. Excellent service!!

I bought a used car from them a few years back. Thankfully I bought the extended warranty they were offering. Later I had car trouble with an axle. Gave the service department a call. Bryan and his team were very helpful and kept me up to date on my car. Very nice people and easy to work with.

Gordon and Heather are friggin awesome! They treat you like family! My husband and I have been going there for years... won't go anywhere else! They rock!! Even the techs know their job... can't say a negative thing about the place!!

It was a Friday, had no appointment, and they squeezed me in because I had a screw in my tire. Of course the screw was where it could not be patched and they had to find a matching tire. Gordon and Service Department took great care of me on one of their busiest days. Thank you.
