I am with a small business that has been dealing with this Statesville bank for over 3 years. We have had tough times paying our 2 FULLY SECURED loans on time. We recently started making money and paid off one of the loans costing us a very large monthly payment. We retained the smaller loan (which is current and has been current since June of 2022) and the bank has NOW decided that they want the smaller loan paid off as well because they know we have the money in another bank. Don the bank president said he would "yank that money out for loan payoff" from our personally secured account if we didn't do so within the next 30 days. Additionally, when we went to close on a company property we found the closing attorney had Blue Harbor bank wire instructions on Blue Harbor letterhead from Doug at the bank. They were NEVER mentioned to the closing attorney, or either real estate rep. This was an (illegal?) attempt to divert funds I believe. This bank has been totally unprofessional from the top down with the exception of both Jennifer's who have always been pleasant and professional. Like other reviewers I wish I could leave zero, or even 'less than zero' stars for this bank. Caveat Emptor.

Over the last almost 7 years of being with this bank I have encounter many issues. If you live in the Statesville/Mooresville area this is probably a great bank, since all their branches and atms are there. Unfortunately with work, I had to move and there ate no blue harbor atms or banks around, it’s a 3 dollar fine each time to with draw money from any atm. Also, they are quick to decline mobile deposits for the smallest things. After many calls back and forth to try and get things figured, I was left with a basic “SOL”. Thankfully I’m opening an account with Wells Fargo who was my previous banker and they have WONDERFUL customer service and always go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied!

By far the best experience I have had with any business especially a bank. You will be warmly and genuinely greeted as you enter the building. Thom and team did an excellent job opening my business account. They actually care about YOU! Well done ladies and gentlemen. Only regret I have is not finding you sooner.The Blue harbor banking app is an absolute breeze. Very simple and easy to use.
