I love this Cato store. But I never got acknowledged that I came in the store nobody said hey they kept carrying on with this one lady. And when she left they never came and asked me if I needed help with anything whatsoever. I don't think I'll be returning to this Cato as long as the staff acts like they don't want to be there or they choose who they want to talk to. Management needs to get a hold of the staff in their attitudes of running a business it is unacceptable not to speak to everyone and walk around and ask if you need some help I could have used some help but I walked out and I didn't buy a thing I had some clothes in my hand but I changed my mind.

The staff is always so friendly, They never get annoyed by the public's questions. One downfall is that they do not offer petitions in plus sizes in the store. It would have a five star if they did.

Hi guys this is usually my spot but today was just uugghh and I usually don’t complain but I went in to lion for an outfit and not only was I Never acknowledged there was nothing in the store I know there are issues right now but come on….still gonna shop just disappointed today
