My friend has been here multiple times and each time he's been screwed. Each time they overcharge for everything just to make a quick buck, it should not be $100 just for a windshield wiper change.

They don't cover brakes or anything "wear" related. The staff that work to sell you the car definitely care about me; the technicians that work on the cars definitely DON'T want your car taken care of without you paying them something, no matter how much you've already spent. Dropped my truck off well before time for my appointment. The assistant service manager got me a loaner car and on my way in no time. Got a text when my truck was ready, accompanied with a video from my technician explaining work completed and that my truck was ready. I liked the option of paying my bill online right from my phone, so picking up my vehicle was that much more fast, also it had been washed when I picked it up! Great service experience in a time when customer service is really lacking in many facets.

Derek and his assistant (I didn't get her name) provided a level of customer service I have not experienced since I left GA. There is more work to be done on my car and I have confidence that it will be done correctly and at a fair price. After having tried two other NC dealerships and two independent auto repair shops, I will be making Flow Nissan the only place I have my car repaired.

I recently went to have a transmission speed sensor regulator. After 2 weeks they quote me a greater amount because it’s still giving the same codes. After getting it back it’s making an extra noise and doing the same thing. Car not fixed. Still won’t switch gears
