If I could give this place a 0 i definitely would I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it literally took 2 and a half hours almost 3 hours if you come here for any type of service definitely do not expect it to be done at a reasonable time

I went by this dealership yesterday to check out an EV. Rashawn greeted me in the parking lot..took me to the car to look at it. I expressed wanting to test drive. He retrieved the key and we hit the road. He was well educated on the EV. I had more than a couple questions and he was able to answer them all. The sales manager also spoke with me before I left. The whole experience was professional. At no point did I feel pressure. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Rashawn.

My review of Flow of Nissan of Statesville starts on July 30th 2024. I scheduled a CVT transmission service by website and brought the vehicle in which was a 2014 Nissan versa note SV version. From what I've seen it had lost a lot of transmission fluid because the transmission to axle seals were leaking both sides. I was able to bring the vehicle to Flow Nissan and they began to work on it on. It took until the 2nd of August 2024 for the repairs to be completed. That day both transmission to axle seals, the right axle because of the boot was damaged, and the transmission pan that they had shown me whoever worked on it before had stripped several of the bolts out of it. Of course they refilled the transmission fluid in the vehicle also. I paid the bill that they had given me which the grand total was $2071.14. Unfortunately, when I brought the vehicle home the next morning on the 3rd of August there was another big puddle of transmission fluid underneath the car in my carport. So, I brought the vehicle back on the 5th of August and with no charge found the driver side axle to transmission seal had started to leak again. They replaced the seal and cleaned it up. They called me back to inform me they had finished this time. The mechanic told me if for some reason it causes more problems to let him know. On the afternoon of August 6th there was a small puddle underneath the vehicle. I took the vehicle back on the 7th of August and showed him pictures of what was going on. They took it back in and the mechanic showed me through a video on my phone that both the axle seals were dry, and the transmission pan was dry as well. He informed me that there was some leftover transmission fluid in the subframe coming out of the vehicle. There was no charge for the service as well. Today is the 31st of August, and to this day there is always a small puddle underneath my car. All I can figure is that it's coming from somewhere, but where is unknown. I have noticed now that my car vibrates a little. It did that when it was low on transmission fluid. My final word to this dealership is you did a great job, there is no denying it, but unfortunately, I cannot afford another major repair if needed. So, I'm going to hang on to this vehicle as long as I can and just keep an eye on the transmission fluid. Thank you anyway, I don't blame anyone on this vehicle as I have informed the mechanic that the previous owner, I bought this car from, did not take care of it. As for anyone wanting to do business with this company, I will say yes you can, during the times the vehicle was in shop, they have given me free loaners. Also, the higher management of flow incorporate has kept an eye on this vehicle for me and they had offered three months free satellite radio service, and they have also offered to take my vehicle in on a new vehicle, but I couldn't afford to do that. In my final words yes, they are good people, unfortunately for me I had to deal with somebody else's problem myself

I bought a pre-owned car here a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by my salesperson, Rashawn, and his manager. Rashawn was very friendly and genuinely interested in helping me get to know the vehicle I was interested in. When I decided to buy the car, I was presented with a good deal (according to both kbb and cargurus) immediately, without haggling or hassle. There was no pressure put on me to complete the sale. It was a refreshing experience and the most hassle-free car-buying experience I've had since I bought my first one in 1990. Thank you!
