Crossroads

Shopping Centers & Malls
Hours: Crossroads is an open-air retail center located in Statesville, offering a variety of grocery stores, popular retailers, services, and restaurants. The center is known for its delicious biscuits, with one reviewer particularly enjoying the limited-time Hot Honey Chicken biscuit, though suggesting a larger biscuit or two biscuits to accommodate the substantial piece of chicken. While parking can sometimes be a challenge, the center has improved the number of open checkouts, making the shopping experience more efficient. Customers appreciate the convenience of having multiple shopping centers, supermarkets, and home improvement stores in the area, as well as the variety of good restaurants. However, some reviewers express a preference for online shopping, particularly for Walmart, to avoid long lines. Overall, the Crossroads retail center is described as clean, with attentive associates, though the entrance from the street to the parking area could benefit from better lighting and easier access.
