This pharmacy is terrible!! The staff is not competent. They constantly change hours. Total all around lack of care and competence. Terrible customer service!

This CVS pharmacy is right around the corner from where I am living at the moment. It's actually a very nice store and I'd probably come here even if it wasn't so convenient. It is clean and well stocked, even with the supply chain issues that a lot of products are having. If they don't have one brand available, they usually have another, or a generic of the same. The workers here are pleasant and helpful. I'm here at least every other week for different prescriptions for members of the family and I have even had shots and boosters administered here. I highly recommend this CVS to anyone in town.

I went to the CVS on Hwy 90 in Statesville to see if I could possibly return a razor that I purchased less than a month ago that was defective. I entered the store without a receipt or box. The cashier stated that I couldn't return it but that she would get the manager to see if she could do anything since it was just purchased a month ago. Larin was the manager that was on duty. She stated to me that because they had recently had issues with fraudulent returns that she had to have the box and receipt. I stated that I didn't have either one. She calmly stated that I couldn't return it without a box. I asked her who I needed to contact and she stated that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I was a little irritated, but I took my broken razor and went to where the new ones were located. I grabbed a better razor and took it to the register. Larin proceeded to pull me out of line to speak with me in private. She apologized to me for not being able to return the razor, she stated that she was going to help me on the purchase of the new one (something she didn't have to do). She proceeded to give me $20.00 off on the new razor and apologized to me for assuming that I was trying too get something for nothing. I have been in customer service for 20 years. This is what customer service is about, Larin didn't have to help me but she did. Larin is a prime example of how managers as well as customer service reps should treat customers. I was blown away by her willingness to help me even though she didn't have to. I hope this survey reaches the upper management of CVS and reaches out to Larin who deserves recognition. Thanks again for the awesome experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here for a drive thru Covid test. It was such an easy process and overall good experience for me. As someone who suffers from a lot of anxiety, I get super nervous for things like this, especially when I'm not sure what to expect. The attendant in the window could not have been nicer, and she walked me through every step. It was so easy, way faster than I expected, and I got the results back in a day. Not to mention, very non-invasive, unlike some horror story testing I've heard about. You get to swab yourself for this one. I had to have this test done in order to attend a concert so it was very important that I had it back in time. My test was 12pm on Sunday and I got my results back Monday at 5pm. It was negative, thank goodness! I would absolutely come here to get tested again and I recommend it to anyone else who needs to! Also, it was completely free.

This is a small CVS which doesn't seem to have all the necessity you would need for the pantry or hygiene. Very small section for toothbrush/paste and deodorant. Also the pharmacy covid station is horrible, they have a small area with a curtain for vaccination which is in the same area as pickup. It was a concern on Sanitary. They only have one Kiosk for self checkout. Only go here if you need something simple but other than that, check out other CVS. Needs improvement.

I always have good service from the pharmacy. If I have an issue, they will look into it, explain it to me and make sure that I am satisfied with the outcome. Everyone from the pharmacists to the techs have been friendly and professional. They even know me by name. I've been with them for 2 years.
