Just another reason to be disappointed, came in at 7:58 to all the pharmacy windows closed and the signs “new hrs” say close at 8. Why even keep the store open after that? Just say you want to go home earlier.

The Center St. CVS has, by far, the BEST clerks, the cleanest, well-stocked store and their Pharmacy is constantly wide open. Hardest working folks I have ever seen. I recommend this location because they actually seem to care about me as a person, not just a customer. That goes far in my book.

Tuesday Sept 5th, 3:20PM. I've been on hold for to verify a prescription for a total of 75 minutes. Two calls, as I thought the first one went to a black hole. Apparently all holes are black here. Pathetic service.

The pharmacy has gotten terrible. Staff is not helpful, trained or competent. They have no idea what’s going on. Hours are continuously changing with no notice. I’ve been given the wrong prescription or amount of the medicine on more than one occasion. Not the people I want handling my prescription needs. Medications are too important to trust to this pharmacy at the current time.

This pharmacy is terrible!! The staff is not competent. They constantly change hours. Total all around lack of care and competence. Terrible customer service!

Rude - How is it that I've been sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins with 1 car in front of me picking up prescription and by the time I rolled to the window, it is locked up and closed? It was exactly 8 pm on the dot by the time it was my turn. There were 2 other cars behind me. The lady who was closing the register at the window just acted like I wasn't there, even when she looked at me. At least tell me that the pharmacy is closed.

This CVS pharmacy is right around the corner from where I am living at the moment. It's actually a very nice store and I'd probably come here even if it wasn't so convenient.It is clean and well stocked, even with the supply chain issues that a lot of products are having. If they don't have one brand available, they usually have another, or a generic of the same. The workers here are pleasant and helpful. I'm here at least every other week for different prescriptions for members of the family and I have even had shots and boosters administered here. I highly recommend this CVS to anyone in town.

I have always had an extraordinarily good experience when I go to CVS others have told me this fat and the other but I have never had any problems with CVS and almost anything I can think to want is in the store if I haven't purchased enough groceries something I forgot the grocery store or anything else I won't they even have clothing in that place they have eyeglasses they have makeup for men and women I'm talking about they have just anything you can think of when you want to eat when you want to quick snack Frozen foods as quick snack but they didn't even got that stuff in there oh the only thing that I know about CVS that I didn't like the other day I went in there and they were out of milk but that wasn't there fault that was we customers have gotten it all but usually they have milk in different size containers delicious milk and they have I believe it's got ice I'm not certain but I believe they've got ice and they've got just about anything and everything I've ever wanted to purchase in that store I don't see how anybody can say anything except give him a million stars

All CvS are not the same.!! I stop dealing with them for years ago in GA. But they are the best of the Best at the LOCATION! I feel like family and feel important! They are really EXCELLENT IN EVERYWay! I go to transfer script from Conover, Nc an PHARMACIST has never taking more than 30mins usually 15 for meds! They don't make you feel like u Not important! Love my PHARMACIST THAT'S got Tattoos she is NO#1 SHE is example for other locations!!!! She should get a raise luv her

I went to the CVS on Hwy 90 in Statesville to see if I could possibly return a razor that I purchased less than a month ago that was defective. I entered the store without a receipt or box. The cashier stated that I couldn't return it but that she would get the manager to see if she could do anything since it was just purchased a month ago. Larin was the manager that was on duty. She stated to me that because they had recently had issues with fraudulent returns that she had to have the box and receipt. I stated that I didn't have either one. She calmly stated that I couldn't return it without a box. I asked her who I needed to contact and she stated that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I was a little irritated, but I took my broken razor and went to where the new ones were located. I grabbed a better razor and took it to the register. Larin proceeded to pull me out of line to speak with me in private. She apologized to me for not being able to return the razor, she stated that she was going to help me on the purchase of the new one (something she didn't have to do). She proceeded to give me $20.00 off on the new razor and apologized to me for assuming that I was trying too get something for nothing. I have been in customer service for 20 years. This is what customer service is about, Larin didn't have to help me but she did. Larin is a prime example of how managers as well as customer service reps should treat customers. I was blown away by her willingness to help me even though she didn't have to. I hope this survey reaches the upper management of CVS and reaches out to Larin who deserves recognition. Thanks again for the awesome experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
