Helped me by charging a couple of dead batteries when I was in a pinch. I was around the service desk and must say they are the most professional service center personnel that I've come across in quite a while I worked in GM dealerships as a career service technician so I have a little experience with service providers. Experience bad customer service. I had to return a part two weeks ago and my account still hasn't been credited. I have made several attempts to discuss this issue with a service person and no one seems to care to solve the issue.

We had a check engine light come on in our 2019 Allegro Bus 40IP last Friday. I called and talked to Service Writer Jennifer. She told me to come on in. They diagnosed the problem. Had the sensor that was going bad in stock, replaced it all under warranty! In and out in just a couple of hours! While we were waiting Robbie (another Service Writer) and Jennifer kept us up to date as to what we happening. I can't say enough great things about Excel Truck Group!Thank you!Tom Pennoni

We had a very nice service staff named Robbie J. He was mannerly and detailed oriented which we appreciated! Got to learn n get copies of remaining warranties with Cummins n Freightliner in our recent RV purchase. The dealer never told us or gave anything like that in print. ? Thanks!!

This place got the job done, but they are pricing a lot of us out. Ma and pa shops are half the price and do the same job. $194 hourly rate plus heavy markup is ridiculous. They've become a shop for large carriers. They don't like the single O/O.
