In desperate need for an item I frequently purchased from Fastenal in the past. Whereas a different location (Mville) was not at all helpful or really interested in making a sale or landing a new customer, "Dan" at this location was VERY helpful.

Kyle and his team are awesome!I know the store had issues in the past, but this team has been running the Statesville Fastenal for over 7 years now and have proved it's a completely new store. They are the best. They always go above and beyond and are just good people. Thank you for all you do for the customer and the community and for the ethics you show in it, proud to do business with you and know your team.
