We ended up at Flow Hyundai after having an absolutely horrible and draining experience at another dealership. Flow Hyundai was our silver lining. I am so grateful we ended up here. The general manager Sean, sales manager Brittani, the sales consultant Mark, and the finance manager Gary all treated us like family. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with this fantastic team. They worked so hard, quickly, and efficiently to get us the vehicle we wanted. If you are in the market for a new car, this is where you want to start... you won't want to go anywhere else!

Sold my car to the dealership. Luke did an amazing job the entire process. I was not planning on selling it when I brought it into service but the price was right. Luke's communication was amazing. He had everything already ready for me and entire process was super quick.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. This has to be one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a place. The dishonesty, untold information, and the constant misleading should give this place no business. Don't take their word for anything and get everything on paper or in writing and make sure you look for any unwanted charges being added on without consent. Do not get the $599 ("$8 a month") protective coating on your car because they will just leave bubbles everywhere on your car including windows and front/back windshields.

Do not take your car here for service. Every time I had my car serviced here. I would get Greece marks on my interior. No big deal right. I can clean that but this last time cuts the cake. They put a huge ding in my passenger side fender. Manager said they will fix it. Instead they kept it for almost a week and told me it was ready. It had a dead battery when Husband got there. My husband got there and the ding is still there. Looks worse than when I left it and they tried to say someone(Not them) put touch up paint on it. I have been taking my car here for 2 years and was just getting ready to trade it in for a new one with them up until this happened. Thank the manager who failed to treat the customer. Instead he reneged on what he said he was going to do. Fix the dig that his guys did when it was in for service. Beyond failed your customer.

I take my car here for routine maintenance, and I needed to come in today for an emergency repair. The team was helpful, fast, and they took great care of me with the price! I would recommend their services to everyone!!!

Brett does not give good customer service also car Care service schedule me three different times to come in and have the car checked a 2020 Hyundai Kona only to tell me oh there was an error the car is not due to be checked until December or January purchase the car in March beginning of April and they still haven't gotten the information correct to me on servicing my car

I purchased cars from this location once in 2018 with Renee and recently in August 2020 with Bailey. There was a stark contrast in my purchase experience from 2018 to now. Renee was very thorough and followed up with me at every stop, I got emails from her on my car buying anniversary and she always responded to my emails promptly.Fast forward to this year, I have had to call the office 3 times in one day and leave messages for them not to be returned. I have sent emails that have gone unanswered. When I finally get an answer, I am sent on the run around. I signed the paperwork on August 19 and my car was to be delivered no later than August 24 - I did not receive the car until August 31. There was no communication with why, where, or an ETA of the cars arrival without me calling to follow up first. To make matters worse, I requested a refund for weather mats purchased by my father on the date of purchase of the car with Billy on August 31 and again on September 22 and to date, have not received an email response until my father had to call twice after being hung up on. Shawn has finally sought to reach out with resolution.I received better customer service at an auto auction back in 2014.I'd leave less than 1 star but Yelp does not permit that.

My daughter bought a 2020 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership better than a month ago. I gifted her through purchase the fitted floor mats. I paid for them the date of purchase. There were complications in getting the car in a timely manner. My daughter changed her mind on the mats. She contacted multiple people there about canceling the purchase. She was assured that I would receive the funds back. As of today after multiple conversations via phone as well emails from her to various people there, I have yet to receive the funds. From the projected date of delivery of the car to my getting my refund the word/communication received as been disappointing as well tantamount to being outright exaggerations of the truth. My advice at this point is be very wary of anything said to you. I have bought multiple vehicles as well assisted my children in their respective purchases over the years and have NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING like THIS. I am going to stay on this as I don't just give "cash" away for NOTHING. Be careful is my advice...
