stay away from the meat section,its disgusting an no way its real meat,tryna sell filets,2 pack of thick filets for 6 -9$ no way in $%#&,makes me so mad theybget away with sellin this garbage to the public

They keep the kids buggies beside the smoking section for workers. Trash all over cigarette buts everywhere and me and my kids have to go smoke with your employees to get a kids buggy

Every time I visit this location, either To-Go or in person, it is PHENOMENAL! Everyone there is nice and friendly, goes out of their way to make sure your good. One time an associate saw me looking for something and saw that I was frustrated because it was out of stock. He asked me what item I was looking for, and without saying anything he went to the back, (I assumed) and came back with the item. I thought that was great and unexpected. Every time I order To-Go 90% of the time I arrive after 8:00, which is when To-Go closes and the associates that work To-Go have gone home. They allow me to call the store and pull up to the front door and so graciously brings my order out to me. They don't have to do that...technically they could ask me to wait until To-Go opens back up the next morning. GAGE (I think that is his name) is the one that always answers the phone when I call to ask about coming later than 8:00. He has not one time made me feel like this was an issue. He is great, he even brings it out to me himself. Again, this is not something that is required of them. Today I ordered To-Go, and unfortunately, I got a message (from Instacart) saying that the store was busy, and my order would be rescheduled for pick up tomorrow morning. Of course, I was upset, given the fact that half of the order I needed for tonight for supper and in the morning for my kid's lunch boxes. So, I called the store just to see if they could do anything. HALEY (she is the manager over Customer Service) answered the phone and from the moment she spoke I knew I found the right person. I could tell she was smiling as she was talking to me. I explained what happened and that I really needed this order. I would have cancelled the order and went inside to get it myself but To-Go (Instacart) had already taken my money for the order, so I would have to wait for a refund. In addition to having to pay for my order again when I went into the store to purchase it. So, without hesitation she said I will take care of this. I will call Instacart myself and get this order pushed through. Keep in mind she is working and still took the time to stop what she was doing to call Instacart. Which I know for a fact is not something they have to do on the customers behalf. She was determined to make this happen so I could get my order this evening. She DID! She called me back and said I took care of it, and she personally shopped my order. This was something that meant so much to me. This location is the ONLY one I shop at, not because the location is convenient, actually it's across town from where I live. It's because of the people that work there, and how they treat their customers. This may seem like something little and not a big deal to some, but to me it was everything. It's about the little things and always will be. So, thank you Food Lion #1411, Haley, Gage, and all the To-Go shoppers for always taking care of me and my family. I hope everyone takes the time to read this review and changes where they are currently shopping for their groceries.Shawna Lubrano

most of the employees are out there and or on a cell phone or chatting with other employees ... I’ve gone to often to catch them perhaps maybe they are fooling around just once in awhile...seems food Lion doesn’t give a rip about training. Don’t even know how to count change if the register doesn’t tell them what to do. UNBELIEVABLE . HWY 115 is the very worst,..I’ve reported theft and other and they looked at me as if I was crazy..tonite I wanted bread that I rarely buy and every loaf of Sunbeam ( which wasn’t in the mainbread aisle) was crushed down from the top to the bottom an was 3.99 each wth? Thank God for the new stores here !

Went here the other day and some of the cashiers were making jokes about a certain WW2 figure and flirting with each other however they still provided good service and the place was well stocked and cleaned

Selection and service were great as usual. Prices for groceries anywhere is absolutely ridiculous.
