Quit making your employees guilt trip me for not signing up for your membership.The last time I bought something the employe complained he would get in trouble if I didn't sign up. Management should be FIRED for that. Unethical and sad.

GNC in Statesville NC is a great place to shop, the new staff is very helpful and very upbeat funny and makes it fun to shop! The manager always makes you smile even when your having a bad day. The only thing I could say that is negative would be that the store needs a full makeover.. maybe if it didn’t look so get to more people would notice it was there and show up.. can’t just fix something with smells and new posters.. this store with new walls and floors would make it a-lot better have a store that matches the teams vibes!

Better Customer Service = Returning CustomersNovember 11th around 5:30pm … I go in to ask if they have smaller bottles or sample packs I could purchase of the Ghost protein… she immediately says nope we can’t do samples and gets a nasty attitude… First off no one wanted to sample the bottle.. I would’ve ordered them if I needed to. Second… I go to walk out the store and what do you know they have ghost premade shakes in the cooler. I would consider better customer service since Walmart is already half the price and right next door.

Kelly was quick to say hello and point me in the direction I needed to find the correct product.She also helped me go Pro which was nice so I could collect points and get great discounts.Hope to do business with Kelly again ??

My wife was throwing up, had a fever felt like she was going to pass out. The only response was given when I threaten to call HR. The district manager never contacted my wife. This is after she demanded she work open to close in the Statesville store for two weeks straight which is not her store. Seems GNC needs better upper management, especially after the district manager had to take two days off due to the COVID vaccine making the district manager not feel well lol.

Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for Ginseng Herbal Suppliment. Walked in and there was a couple chatting with the only employee present. Never acknowledged me so I just roamed around and never did find what I wanted. Totally ignored. Never once did I get a comment like "i'll be with you in a minute" Finally left. Came back today and was pretty much ignored again even without any other customers inside. Every other GNC Store I have been to have had friendly helpful staff. Not sure what is going on with this one. Would not recommend. You can find better service elsewhere.
