“I love 24/7 Total Fitness . I started here Sept 2020. yes I highly recommended it. Great gym to workout .I'm focused when I workout target areas I want to improve on my body and my health, with being a diabetic and continue to lose weight. I've lost 60 lbs since 2019 . The equipment is in great shape . The owner Freddie and staff are very nice. And anytime I need help on equipment I ask guys in the gym working out . Amazing gym I referred 5 folks here .”

“We loved having our daughter's 4th birthday here! They made the whole process easy, from booking with Ms. Tina to cleaning up. The kids had so much fun the entire time, they had an hour of playtime in the gym followed by half an hour of refreshments. The coaches kept the kids busy and energized the whole time and then helped to serve and clean up. Very affordable and up to 8 kids are included in the price. It was perfect, the kids were having so much fun no one wanted to leave. When we got home our daughter asked if she could have her 5th birthday there tomorrow. What more could a parent ask for? Thank you so much for hosting Ms. JaLisa!
P.S. we love the preschool and gymnastics classes here as well.”

“Expeditiously run! The absolute best experience that was relaxing, restoring and peaceful! Don’t let this opportunity pass your lifetime. I promise you it’s a fantastic environment for adults and kids. They have “KID MEMBERSHIPS” for the kids to play. Parents must be present. The food is delicious and healthy! The drinks are energetic before/after workout sessions.
There is a sauna room to calm your body. Red light stretch therapy room and ice bath to cool off.
