I had to have changed my order at least 4 times at the drive through. Embarrassed, my husband let them know I’m pregnant and indecisive. Instead of losing patience or having a bad attitude about my difficult order, they added this sweet touch. Now THAT’S customer service.

Awesome location!!! Friendly employees and very fresh ingredients for the delicious sandwiches!!!Vegetarian options: Their #6 vegetarian sandwich is the best veggie sandwich I've ever had!!! Very tasty combination of items on it... I always add onions, hot peppers, and pickles to mine!?

Avoid this location. Food is way too expensive and it is garbage. Employees lack customer service or any personality towards customers. Wanted to update this with the response from Jimmy John's. I'm getting tired of Jimmy John's. I mean the food is good but they're expensive. Also the last time I went they did not give me what I asked for. The item I ordered could come as a sandwich or a wrap, I ordered the sandwich but they gave me the wrap!

What I like about Jimmy John's is the consistency. Good, fresh food, wherever the JJ location. Clean, well kept facilities.And and awesome turkey sub.

Extremely disappointing work at this location. I'm a huge fan of Jimmy John's and think they are the best subs in the world, however, this location is awful. My last two orders were made wrong. I went with my husband tonight at 6:00pm, and he ordered a spicy east coast Italian as it comes, and added extra pickles, extra onions, and cucumbers. He got zero Jimmy peppers on his sub, two pickle slices, barely any onions, and two cucumber slices. He spoke clearly at the drive through. I don't know if the girl working didn't want to chop or open more ingredients or what, but it was awful to pay for a sub like that. We will not be going back to this location.

This is a very good example of a chain restaurant. We've been through the drive-thru and ordered delivery. They have never messed up an order (and we have large orders) and the food is always exactly the same good quality. The few people we have dealt with in the drive-they have been pleasant, but most of the time we get delivery. Yes, they are still freaky fast as they advertise, and the food is freshly made. The sub bread is always soft, and my favorite. If you like Jimmy John's, then this one is for you.

I placed an online order for delivery later in the day. The JJ app came back and said my CC was declined for zip code or billing address. My bank shows that the transaction went through. I called the store to find out if they show my order and if not, what do I do about placing the order again without it charging my CC a second time. The girl placed me on hold and when she came back to the line stated she just got off the phone with the general manager. They said that I should call my bank. My bank is showing the transaction on my account, and they suggest contacting the merchant! JJ just hung out the phone on me after I stated this puts me in a bad situation. Guess it's Jersey Mike's tonight and going forward!

I used to eat at JJ in Charlotte while I was in school, so I was so excited to have a JJ here in town since I was pregnant & I craved JJ. The first few orders were always great! It was definitely Not fast, but accurate. The quality eventually went down as well. Items would be left off, no condiments in the bag, sweet tea was definitely not sweetened, & they'll tell you your order is on the way in the app, in reality, it's not. Or your order will be done & sitting there, but not updated on the app. When the deliveries have been made, they've been left outside without an update in the app, without a message stating the food is here & it can be left outside for a while before you even know it's there. Imagine paying this amount for a few subs & drinks, for them to be left outside for whatever/whomever to get them. Not okay. Hopefully the Statesville store gets their affairs in order, or they'll be the next Sonic Drive-In.
