We were on 77 with the car loaded to the gills and headed to Atlanta when the low tire pressure light came on. We added air and tried to find a tire repair shop in the cities we were about to pass by, but we either got voicemail or no answer. When we called Mr. Tire, the receptionist picked right up, they took us in immediately and when the problem just turned out to be a valve stem gasket, they didn’t charge us. Clean waiting area with free Wi-Fi, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. Very grateful for these guys!

I had an emergency car issue today while in Statesville and was directed to Mr. Tire by a police officer. Tegan Bowman the manager was so helpful and she had the crew fix my problem right away. While I waited I was able to watch a few interactions between her and the other customers and she was so kind and knowledgeable. Tegan turned what I thought was going to be a disaster into a day of being thankful for the kindness that’s all around us.

GREAT place to get tires for your vehicle. I went in because I needed new tires and while I was there they said I could use brakes as well. They did not hesitate to show me what I needed and also explain why I needed them. AMAZING people and FANTASTIC customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Left Myers Tire completely aggravated that they refused to fix my tire which had a bolt in it & I had bought the tires from them. The lady was super nice, the shop fixed my tire no problem! They were all extremely nice! Only cost $27 to fix! Next time my tires will be bought with Mr Tire since they have way better customer service!

Went to have a nail removed. I was told the tread was too low and I needed new tires. I advised I just had my state inspection 3 weeks ago and passed. I was told I had at least 10,000 miles before I needed new tires. I just had 2 tires put on at this shop. I left and went up the street where they removed the nail with no hesitation. I will go back there when I need those tires.

This wasn't my first time going to Mr. Tire's, so I didn't second guess going back.(Granted, I only went for oil changes, tire issues & and a state inspection). But this time around(Friday), I went here for what I thought was my brakes, but it was actually my wheel-bearing. They told me it would be one price, then 1.5 hours later. They called me, and it would be $520 more due to having to cut my cv line. The part was to be there the next day on Saturday. I had to call & was told part didn't come in, will be there Monday. Monday, I got a call that the part is on back order & should be there Thursday. Thursday, I called & they said, "Oh, the part came today & will be put together tomorrow. I stated in EVERY call, "Please communicate updates, because I shouldn't have to call." FRIDAY(a whole week) came I called Hey, I was supposed to get a call my vehicle is ready" The guy says Oh, the dealership we get the parts from is strike & not sure went we will get that part" I was Furious!!! I decided on my best decision with my family. Monday, I got my vehicle towed to a national auto shop(after speaking with them about it). They fixed it in one day & charged me $753.83 less even though Mr. Tire's cut my cv(which was told it didn't need to be cut). Go at your own risk!

I recently came into Mr Tire with some sort of misfire and check engine light on my vehicle, they were able to quickly ascertain that I was in need of Spark Plugs and a new Coil Pack! The mechanic working on my car did a great job. He was polite, efficient and definitely seemed very knowledgeable! I definitely will be returning any time I need work done!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HEREMy boyfriend's car had a coolant leak and we took it here. They said it needed a new water pump. Ok fine. They kept the car for FOUR WEEKS and not only didn't fix it, they made it undrivable. They never called or anything, anytime we called we were told they were "waiting for the tools" yeah sorry what tools take weeks to arrive?? They finally told us they couldn't fix it and put it back together. When we went to pick it up, they said it was making a funny noise and needed to be towed! Had it towed to the Ford dealership who amazingly not only had the tools but could fix it in two days. The problem now is there's coolant and oil everywhere all over the engine, it's a big mess and we're going to have to just trade it in, we can't afford the thousands in repairs it now needs. Also the receptionist is the rudest piece of work I've come across

On Friday, I came in with my Mercedes-Benz for a brake pad change. I had purchased my own brakes and sensors, just needed someone to do the work with the proper equipment. They had this young gentleman who seemed very intelligent about what he was doing. He was careful and took his time all while being efficient. He informed me that I only needed to replace the rear pads and that the front pads had a lot of usage left. He was honest and helped me save some money by not letting spend money on a job that could wait till later. They were also able to inform me that I had purchased the incorrect brake ware sensors and told me they would install the correct ones when I come back with the right ones. The people at Mr. Tire are honest and helpful and will treat your vehicles with care, will most definitely be coming back!

I took my dually that I prepaid through Goodyear for six brand new tires. It took over 3 hours to install after they pulled it into the shop and started on it they told me they broke my center cap on my Fuel wheel they said they would replace it I said okay. After I got home I washed and clean my truck and noticed that the wheel was scratched and they tried to cover it up with black Grease I also called and brought that to the manager's attention and she said she would look into it and get back to me she never did. After about a week I stopped by because I had balancing issues and to see what the progress was on the the wheel cap and also let them know that my truck was shaking really bad at 65 to 70 mph. They said they didn't have the right part to balance my tires at the time but they would order it and let me know when they got it in I still haven't heard anything. I have reached out over four times trying to get manager to call me back but I have been ignored every time. This is the sorriest tire place I've ever seen. The sorriest management I've ever seen. And watching their employees work was like watching a pot of molasses boil after 4 weeks I've heard nothing after numerous phone calls I have got no reply no response no progress report no anything so here's what I'm going to do I'm going to take my truck somewhere reputable I'm going to go get my tires balanced right I'm going to order a new wheel and a cap and then im going bring the bill to them. This is a prime example of incompetence and people sitting around doing the least amount of work possible to collect a paycheck

I can’t imagine anyone wants to listen to rap music so loud can’t speak with another person… while you two are at the next business… lol.

Took in FJ Cruiser for rear light replacement and state inspection. After inspection the told me it would require 1600.00 to pass inspection. Indicated two front tires needed replaced, brakes pads were bad, drive belt was bad. (tires were less than 15,000 miles on them, brake pads were ceramic replaced same time all 4 tires were replaced.) I declined, they charged me 22.00 to replace the rear light. Next weekend I took it to another inspection station, it passed with no issues and same physical inspection was done. I as the Tech if he saw anything that in the near future would require attention, he replied no. So I would assume the first tech was working on commission, either way I would not go there if I were you.

Once I walked in everybody was super easy to work with me, I didn't know what was wrong with my car but they easily figured it out! I was super happy with the prices and the front desk people were amazing, the workers were a big help. I definetly recommend this place if you have any problems!

I went in Friday August 18th to have my car checked due to it vibrating when it reached 65mph. The Manager, Tegan, was very helpful and was able to fit me right. The Tech, Dylan, showed me the tires and how bad they were worn out on the inside due to the car being out of alignment. They both worked with me to find the best option in tires and worked quickly to get me on the road.Tegan and Dylan were very knowledgable, friendly, smiled and both were professional. Thank you for the great work!
