What a freaking joke. Kat parades around like branch manager (including listing this on her FB account!!). I waited THREE WEEKS to get my bank card which Kat said she was ordering it to deliver at branch...and I made sure I didn't have to have deposit. Called several times in past two weeks and was given reason for my card not there yet because "there's been flooding down south so just wait". Called today and inquired to Kat WHERE IS MY CARD and she said "ma'am you have money in your account for us to order you a card"... So this WHOLE TIME NO CARD?! SO FRUSTRATED I CALLED and spoke to Mooresville MY CARD WAS ORDERED (KAat contradicted her own actions!!) But she tried to have it sent to my home where we CANNOT GET MAIL EVEN THO I OFFERED MY PO BOX INFO .... Now I'm told another five day wait and "sorry". No one even looked me up EXCEPT MOORESVILLE. IM DONE.Their only solution is driving to Mooresville (30 minutes) to pick up a card. Nope. Close me up you guys cannot handle an account WITHOUT MONEY WHAT THE HELL WILL YOU DO WHEN I ACTUALLY DEPOSIT MY MONEY?! DEAR LORD!!

You can't actually do banking here. You have to make an appointment to do ANYTHING. I have never in my life had to make an appointment to deposit money or open an account at a bank. Any other PNC branch you can walk in and do what you need to do. It makes it very difficult for disabled customers as they can only get rides at certain times, and there isn't any signage or anything saying you need an appointment. You find out once you're inside.

I recently had some fraudulent activity going on with my checking account and I will say initially I was extremely upset with how I was handled by customer service in the recovery department. I was put on hold numerous times because after long wait times, my call would get dropped. Needless to say, once my account finally got a hold on it, I went to my local branch with huge concerns because my balance was literally $0! I was so upset and I said to myself that I may have to find another bank if this doesn't get resolved quickly and with some compassion unlike what I had experienced with customer service on the phone the day before. The young lady that represents PNC Statesville, Kalan is an absolute angel. She cares so much about her customers and has a genuine concern when this type situation occurs. She is also very smart and knowledgeable about her job and I know this young lady has a wonderful future helping people. PNC could not have gotten luckier by having her represent them here in Statesville NC. I personally want to let everyone know she is the main reason I will continue to bank with PNC after this situation I am experiencing. Thank you Kalan for all you do for me and all of your PNC customers! You are the absolute best!!

The people care about each person I have been a member for over 20 years they have served us and now they serve us in our new business not just on our home or our normal finances. They do a wonderful job and strive to keep you happy! I love doing business with people not just machines!!

I had to go personally to the Statesville branch and get a cashiers check. The available agent was Mikayla. I walked up, smiling and was greeted by a sour face. She was almost rude and did not smile during my transaction. I never want to deal with her again. She needs a course in customer service or needs to find another job that doesn't require meeting the public.

We have recently opened accounts at the PNC Bank in Statesville and were very impressed with the staff, especially Kalan, during this process. Kalan and her team were very professional, efficient, patient and personable. We immediately felt the difference between big city bank branches where no one knows you and this small-town friendly branch where they remember your name and provide personal service. Very refreshing. We have been in this branch a few times since and continue to be very pleased with our selection of PNC Bank and its wide variety of services. We look forward to a long relationship with this bank – thanks to Kalan and the great folks at the Statesville branch!

Horrible staff and customer service was incompetent. I wouldn’t come to this bank in particular again due to the rude staff. And the ridiculous wait time.

I have been banking with PNC for a while now and I never have any issues at any other location but this one. Every time I visit this location 3x there’s a problem. The staff isn’t very friendly or welcoming!! Very rude and disrespectful!! Staff needs to work on there customer service skills. Don’t even waste your time go to another location

Love PNC, but this location and the staff can be horrible at times. The wait is ridiculous.

I have been a PNC customer for years. But I separate PNC from the branch. I found the staff at this branch to be friendly, caring and helpful. I find it easier to run into the bank than use the ATM. While I don't love banks in general, I left a certain bank years ago that has opened accounts that customers didn't ask for. PNC at least seems ethical. And when I call in on their 800 number they are very helpful.

Poor retail side. Commercial side is good, but expensive.

I absolutely love the Statesville location! All the girls here are the absolute best and make me feel welcome every time I stop by. The small hometown feeling is the best way I can describe this branch, professional and down to earth.

Good interest rates, bad experience with this bank. Have called 3 times in a week and waited 5 mins plus of hold time (dead air) with no answer from bank. Currently waiting on hold with the 800 number in excess of 15 mins.
