“I live bordering Energy United's Northcross power substation. Near our property line a large elm tree died last year. A few larger limbs from the elm fell during a recent storm into my yard. I contacted EU and Steve McCorkle came to look at the tree.Today Asplundh showed up to remove the dead tree. They did an excellent job and were careful not to damage any of the trees in my yard. Timothy came out to our house to service our gas logs and water heater. and did an outstanding job. Not only did he thoroughly clean them. He even cleaned our entire fireplace and mantle, stone hearth and surrounding areas.
His service didn’t stop there, he was very knowledgeable and taught me and my wife a lot about propane and how it works. Held wonderful conversation and even brought our trashcan back from the end of the drive way before he left.
The absolute best service man/Tech we have ever had at our home.
I would highly recommend him for your install/service needs. As he is an absolute pleasure to have. And a true example of how a service tech should be.”
