Took my truck in to get looked at. I asked if there would be any cost, or service fee, to get it looked at, and gentleman on the phone said no, do not worry about it, and come and bring it in. I’m thinking ok that’s fine with meWell I bring it in, and when I pick up the truck they charge me 200 bucks for a service fee! It’s one thing if I had to pay for it if I knew costs up front, but the person over the phone told me otherwise. Cannot remember his name. Would not of wasted my money here if I was told truthfully beforehand

I am very pleased with Randy Marion Lincoln services! All of the staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional when I've needed anything. From first contact to finishing everything, they've been awesome. Erin is great with scheduling valet pickup and delivery of a comparable loaner which has aided me with managing my busy work schedule while still being able to get my vehicles' needs addressed.The service on my MKC has been exceptional! The service managers Arisman and Cole have always been prompt, thorough and informative with clearly understood diagnostic information. I've really appreciated that they address the root reason my vehicle is in for service without unnecessary added costly services.I highly recommend this business!

The sales process was easy and low/no pressure. Got a fair trade. The finance part was a little too lengthy, otherwise the rating would be 5 star. Sarah and Kevin were awesome to work with! Love my new F-150 Platinum!!

The staff at Randy marion were amazing. No pressure and straight foreword. I would recommend them to anyone especially brandon in used cars. He is was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The process was quick and painless and they helped get the best rates possible on our purchase. Plus the price on the vehicle was much less than other dealers and they gave us top dollar for our trade. Couldn’t be happier and best of all my wife loves our new ride. Thanks again guys and we will see you again if we are ever ready to get rid of our other car.

While getting a car serviced is not at the top of my favorite things to do the staff at Randy Marion Lincoln do their utmost to make it a pleasant experience. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with snacks and beverages. The car is taken to the service area with minimal waiting and is returned quickly and freshly washed and serviced. I highly recommend them.

This was absolutely the best experience with a dealership I have ever had. I had a recall on my Lincoln. When I took my car in they met me with a smile and had great customer service. They truly treated you like you were more than a customer which really means a lot in this day and time. They got my car in and out. I give them 10 stars.

I am a disabled combat veteran. My f250 broke down on me so I limped it in to the service center. While I have absolutely no doubt that RM Ford will fix my truck, I did have to walk 4 miles home because there’s no Uber and I have no one here to drive me. Maybe offer a rides to nearby folks if possible? Thank you!

We really had a good experience here overall. I do not think the value offered for the trade in was correct at all, and I can't believe how much cars have escalated in price, but they really did make the experience as easy as it could possibly be. They were very kind to us and my family while we went through the process.

Wendy in the internet department was very helpful and extremely courteous in setting up the appointment. Brandon our sales rep was great. Worked with us and figured out our deal. The F and I rep (can’t remember his name, sorry) was very efficient and informative.The overall experience was great and we walked away feeling very satisfied with the purchase.

The customer service man was very polite. He was helpful and explained things to me. The only bad thing I could say is that I was told they would call me in 2 - 3 days, and it took 4 days. Not a great big deal. I just mentioned it because I always try to give very accurate reviews.

Doug was very helpful when I needed to find a new car. He had the ones I was interested in ready when I got there and made the process as smooth as it could be. I would've been lost without him! Austin helped with the finance side and was very kind, professional, and efficient. Overall, great experience!

I bought a new Ford F-150 from Randy Marion Ford. Everybody was friendly and professional. My initial contact was with Wendy (Customer Care Mgr). She got me setup with Hunter (my sales person). They were both very helpful, without any pressure. There were no bait-n-switches and no price changes. Austin did the final purchase paperwork with me and was just as professional. This dealership experience was A+.
