Made an appointment to upgrade my phone. The kiosk couldn’t find it, but a sales specialist (Chance LeVan) helped me right away and there were a few people waiting. He was beyond great helping me through the phone upgrade process while having some local business conversation. I can’t say enough positive things about this young man and I’m not one easy to please. Thank you Chance!!

The phone sales slowed down service. You have to wait over an hour to be helped for internet related services.the kiosk hasn't been working for over 6 months as well so that don't help.

Awful experience. Charter is the worst telecom company ever. Avoid this store. The make the irs ook like they do things fast.

Excellent service. The care at the Statesville office is excellent. The sales and after-sales service are from another world. The technical support and the installation process was fast timely fast It is an excellent decision to take spectrum for your home service

Service is anyways out. Looking for a different carrier. Always pause in service or it doesn't work. Just called and they have a 14 hour fix time on recorded line.

The kiosk never works..these folks are always having a line up..and what's in the back room? They always go in empty handed and come out the same way...they are slow....I'll be paying by phone the next time

Door locked during business hours, couldn't get ahold of anyone and internet was out dur to faulty modem so went and bout my own

Waited almost 2 hours to return cable boxes and disconnect service. The representative was apologetic, but it's this way everyday. Needs work. Customers wanting to make payments were upset because the pay kiosk was out of order. I was here 2 weeks ago and it was out of order then too. Part of all the reasons I cut the cord after 24 years of continuous service. Bye Spectrum. Good luck to those who choose this company for any of their services. It's not worth it to me.

Wow, the place is not like it was before. It looks like a nice place to do business, rather than a room full of chairs. Jason was helpful and patient.Update: I went back there to get a new service started and Jason helped me again. What a delight! He puts people at ease and has a great sense of humor. Afterwards, I heard another couple outside talking about how much they liked him. That young man deserves a raise!

I went there to return the old box after the upgrade that spectrum sent me Thur ups. After I sign in I was told that I needed to get a receipt for the old box by Amanda (the manager?) It took a hour and ten minutes before I got called that it was my turn. Also ps two people got waited on before me that were not on the list before me ( so I got skipped twice!!). Bad customer service!!!!!!!! Then the person waiting on me told I didn’t need a receipt!! I spend almost 120 dollars a months. To watch 5 channels and to be treated like my time doesn’t matter. I’m about ready to close my account. I’m dissatisfied & disappointed in this cable company. I came home and told my neighbor and then I was told about his experience at Statesville’s spectrum store. Ps it was a bad experience TOO!!!!!
