Date of "service" 5/29/2023. This location appears to have shyster car salesmen working there. Went to establish service with a 55+ Senior plan ($27/line). For some unknown reason and without giving permission, two ADD-ON SERVICES were put on our account, which increased the plan that I asked for by $20. Good thing I checked when signing up for my new account on line. Of course I cancelled the add-ons, but I have to pay them for them for the first month!! We were never given any notification that they were doing this. While not thrilled with my previous provider, at least they weren't duplicitous. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE TO "HELP YOU".

I don’t know if this man was new working there or he gets pain on commission but he tried to solve my slow data problem by suggesting I buy a newer phone.

Do NOT get service from t-mobile! They will tell you that you have 14 days to return the phone and cancel if you are not satisfied and then they will put a bill on your account and send it to a collection agency!! They won’t even have the decency to mail you the bill even though they state you will not get one since you turned in the phone in the 14 day period and cancelled service. You will just get a surprise on your credit report and when you try to call about it they will state there is nothing they can do. I would suggest going to AT&T any day over T-mobile.

This store is the worst tmobile store I've ever dealt with. I have been with tmobile for over 15 years and this store is the worst. The staff has 0 training. I've never had a good experience here. They train their staff to lie and tell you that anything less than the very latest phones are not available. They do not honor anything that the main customer service tells them to do for you. The manager is never available. I pay over 500 a month for 10 lines and I expect a little bit of customer service from your staff, not the indifferent attitude that they all display. They act as tho they have no competition. I guess I'll be driving to Mooresville where they actually train their staff to help, not just stand around acting like they are doing me some sort of favor...

I loved the communication. Zach was able to answer every question and even give us more information than we wanted! I loved that! He was very patient and courteous. Very understanding, kind and transparent! He should have his own store !

Corinne was AMAZING!!! She helped me and solved my problem I have been dealing with for 2 weeks. The manager was as equally helpful!! I absolutely recommend going into the Statesville store. Customer services is what it should be !! Other stores can definitely learn from Laura the Manager and Corinne!!!
