Need to check your bags! Was just there I ordered a grilled cheese burrito deluxe cravings box. I got the grilled cheese burrito with no chalupa and no chicken cantina just two beef tacos how is that anywhere near to what I ordered??

Lazy and terrible service. Order has been wrong for the past 5 straight visits and the few times I’ve asked to be corrected they’ve acted as though they were being bothered. Service is absolutely terrible even by Taco Bell standards.

I made a MOBILE order so I could pick it up in the drive-through on my way to work. I was told one of my 5 items was not ready and to pull around to mobile ordering. After waiting TEN minutes for a MOBILE order that I should have picked up in the drive-through, I went inside because no one had been out and I thought they'd forgotten me. When I got inside, no one was at the counter. The drive-through guy... who had sent me to the mobile parking space... looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me. A cook was finally finishing my one item and tried to hand it to the DT guy, who just pointed to me. Cook walks over to hand me the item, and I said, "There's a whole order. " He turns around, grabs my bag, shoves the item inside, and holds it out to me. I say "Thank you" and he responds, "Yeah." Like I owe him. By the time I got my order, my Doritos hard shell taco was mushy and gross.NOT good customer service. NOT a friendly staff. They seemed apathetic and afraid to speak with enough voice volume to be heard. Training staff needs to be better.No receipt in or on the bag. I can't find the information I need to contact management, but I certainly will. This was NOT a good trip.I've been before when it was so slow my party left.Another time, it was 2 hours after posted opening. Doors were locked and they were not taking DT orders.

This is the only Taco Bell I really like. It's always nice and clean inside and the food's good. We go through the drive-thru quite often and have no problems with the food order or staff because they're always friendly.

The Signal Hill location is a TOTAL DUMPSTER FIRE! We went through the drive thru and they got our order totally wrong (as usual, but it's close to home). Went inside to have it corrected and stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and the 9 people in line behind me while the manager player on their phone showing the other employee. I finally asked loudly for help at the counter, everyone in the restaurant cheered. I yelled for help 2 more times before someone finally came to the counter to help me and then he was a total jerk to me. I waited 8 more minutes before anyone came back to the counter to bring food to someone that came in before me. Needless to say, this is the 8th or 9th time this has happened. We kept going back in hopes things would change! NOT A CHANCE! We won't be back and will be sharing our experience with anyone who will listen.

Restaurant was dirty. EVERY table was dirty. Drink station, condiment station, floor, everything. I got a napkin with hand sanitizer to clean my table. Employees standing around having loud unprofessional conversations, and were rude as if we were interrupting them.

I ordered a taco bell grande (combo), which I had not ordered in years - since it was shaped like an edible bowl and came in a box! So I thought I would give it a try. I saw that it came in the same type of container that the nachos supreme, (which I miss), USED to come in. It was good. But I was disappointed because there was WAY MORE chips than toppings. The toppings wasn't even spread out on the chips! It was like on big glob in the middle! So I doubt I'll be getting that again! The taco supreme that came with it was perfect, filled to the top and balanced just right! Delicious! I wish I had gotten the taco Supreme combo, like I normally do. But I wanted to try something different...
