This was my second visit to The 500 Club for lunch, and once again, the experience was exceptional! The food was consistently delicious with generous portions, and their buffalo chicken wings are hands down the best around. I can't wait to return for dinner soon!

Clean, spacious with plenty of light and ambience from the golf course views. Great staff and food was wonderful (kale salad w salmon). Would not have found or booked if not for Open Table but glad to add this to the lunch options.

Grabbed some grub after a round of golf. All three of us grabbed a burger and shared some wings...wish we could've scored lower but No complaints about the food!

The brunch menu was weird. There were a few different choices but everything was ala cart. The French toast was five small ovals of bread. Not even sure there was a whole slice of bread. The pancakes tasted better than the French toast. I'd give it one more try to see if it improves. Net/net: There is a better value for your dollar.

Seated and waited 15 minutes for water, wait staff very inexperienced. Wait staff cleaning off tables at same time serving. Food was okay. Crab salad on top of warm filet was served cold, which was a. little strange.

Took 20 minutes before a waitress came initially to our table Was told that a scheduled waitress failed to show up that night (Valentine Day). Understandable. Food was great! A touch noisy, but understandable on a busy night.

The food was okay, but not spectacular. I had the lasagna and my husband had the shrimp, scallops, and grits. It was the service that was horrible. We ordered drinks after waiting about 15 minutes before our server acknowledged us. Then it took another 20 minutes for us to flag someone down and ask where my drink was. Since he wasn't 21, he had to get someone else to assist us and that person also wasn't our server. Then someone else delivered our food and our server never came back to ask if we needed refills or anything. And then to make it all worse, we wanted to order dessert, but after waiting another 20 minutes to get our server's attention, we just decided we should ask for the check or we would be there all night. They were not overly busy and no one was waiting to be seated, so we couldn't figure out what the issue was. We watched our server wonder around between the same four tables all evening and never return to our table to check on us or refill our drinks. If it was politically correct to tip based on someone's performance, we would have left $1. But since you apparently have to tip regardless of how bad someone performs, we left the normal amount. If you go here, I guess it will depend on who your server is, as to how satisfied you are with the overall restaurant.

The food was great. Can be a little noisy when very busy. 2 Bars. 1 bar is more like a sports bar with 2 virtual golf stations and arcade golf with seating to eat. The other bar is beside fine dining tables. Both have tvs to watch. I would definitely go back.

Great night out with friends in a great restaurant! Host, Russell, made us feel welcome and our server was very attentive! Eric assisted us with tasting some wines and we enjoyed the ribeye and risotto-delicious. A wonderful place to dine in the Statesville community!!!

Our server, Stephanie, is outstanding, friendly, professional and caring. All servers should be patterned after her!! The food, while good, was a little too highly seasoned for my taste, but quite good. Our friends from our HOA were there and also enjoyed there dishes as well. On a scale of 1-10, y'all get 11!

Staff was kind and professional. Food was good, but not special or memorable. For the price the food should be better. Dining room feels a bit generic, but the bar has a bit more personality.

Waitress not very good! She forgot to put in appetizer timely. When serving passed over table rather than by side. Poor water service My dish good but skimpy on grits. Appetizer of grouper bites excellent but not enough tartar sauce

Everyone enjoyed their meal. The menu had many interesting options and we will be back to try something different. The only complaint was the ciabatta bread was a little too chewy. The staff was great!

This is our second time at The 500 Club, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We hosted two other couples, and were seated at a round table, which encouraged good conversation. We had drinks, appetizers, salads or soups, and entrées. We were all too full to try the desserts, but they sounded delicious. Everyone enjoyed all of the offerings. Our waiter, Eric, was attentive and professional. After dinner, we strolled over to the sports bar and look forward to checking that out on another visit. We are so happy to have this establishment in the Troutman/Statesville area.

Not sure the kitchen was ready for the grand opening. They definitely need some work to improve their performance. The menu specified the side items to be served but when the plate came out, they were totally different, and my husband would not have ordered that, since it was something he does not eat. He ordered his steak medium well, but when it came out, it was basically raw, and only seared on the outside. Waited about 10 minutes for them to prepare another steak for him. The staff was very cordial and apologized for these things, but there was no offer to discount the meal or provide a free dessert or anything else to entice us to come back. It was an expensive meal, and it would have been nice to have at least receive a discount for the disappointing food my husband received. Hopefully, the kitchen can do more training and teach their chefs how to know if a steak is cooked as requested before they send it out. The brussels sprouts were hard, and difficult to cut on the plate. For the hype (Grand Opening) and the price, our expectations were higher, and were not fulfilled.
