Lazy people won't take packages that clearly say drop at any ups store. Just tell you to go somewhere else

Everytime I come in this store the employees act like they can't ship anything there's aways a little fight. they have 1 job and that's to ship boxes. they always try to find a way not to ship.. I don't understand why.. this time they wanted my box in a box, double boxed. This is common so I'm going starting to keep boxes with me when I go. just to beat them at their own game. I'm sure that will still not be good enough. I only use this store for amazon returns, since amazon requires this. I'll will never even if their cheaper use this store for personal shipping... and by the looks of other reviews nothing is being done about their problems.. I know I'll get a response from owner, i want reply to it because everything I need to say is written here... a honest review

Very rude woman working behind the counter. She was very ugly to a sweet woman trying to get funeral programs printed today and when she got to me because the kiosk would not work for me she called me stupid. Would not recommend.

Same rude lady from previous complaints strikes again. I went in with 2 different packages. 1 Amazon package and one to a different company. The lady wouldn't let me explain what was happening and wound up sending both packages to the same place. I cannot get my package back now! She was extremely rude and dismissive in the store which caused her to lose my package worth almost 200 dollars! Was told by ups to file a claim in the store. I went there only to be told (by the rude lady, nastily) that they don't know how to do that. Do not go there if you have a package you actually care about!

Caucasian Lady I just spoke to over the phone is rude and needs training in customer service and can’t provide information about packages and tracking which is her job it’s several others I see have made complaints about her needs to be addressed

Literally always rude and not helpful. I understand the job maybe stressful but don’t get the job if you can’t be nice to people who don’t know what to do. Terrible customer service especially the lady with curly hair as I have never heard her be nice to customers. They don’t work good with lots of people in the store and are especially slow. Don’t help you package things or offer any assistance if you can’t figure something out. Rude. 0 stars if I could just for the employees attitude. I cannot stress how dumb the woman makes you feel if you don’t know how to do everything correctly. Never met a more miserable team of employees.

This UPS store is like no other. Prompt, professional and very courteous. The staff is amazing and treats you like family. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my postal needs!

Horrible experience here and I will not be back because their customer service is terrible! The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and did not believe me when I said the box I was shipping something back in was the box that Amazon sent it to me in. It was a huge item and I assured her over and over that that was the only box it came in and I didn't have any other boxes because that's what it came in! She just shook her head and rudely told me I was wrong. She refused to ship it until I bought another box to put the original box in! I told her that was ridiculous and I did exactly what Amazon told me to do by putting it in the original box and packing it securely which I had done with packing tape. Everything was exactly as I received it and the woman still would not believe me and made me buy a box from her to put it in. She never apologized for her awful behavior and I will not be back to this location again. I have been here before and unfortunately witnessed her treat other customers this way. She belittles them and raises her voice at them and will not let people explain because she thinks she is always right, despite the customers doing exactly what Amazon has instructed the customer to do! I plan on letting Amazon know about the issue at this UPS store location so they can train certain employees there to know what an Amazon box looks like!

The employee was so nice and gave us good information on next time delivery because we went to Walmart they stopped I didn't know and me and my husband sent stuff to our grand baby in GA so this helped us out alot thank you for the smiles and good customer service

Two emails unanswered. Phone not answered. When the phone was answered, the lady repeatedly told me I need to log in, print a label and bring her that. Then hung up on me.I was asking about third party shipping.
